摘要： A conductor module includes a busbar, an accommodation case, and a fixing member. The accommodation case has two or more fixing holes that pass through a fixing body first surface and a fixing body second surface. The fixing member includes a main body and fixing legs. The fixing legs are associated with the respective fixing holes, and have a part of the busbar interposed therebetween. The fixing legs are capable of plastic deformation by external force, are inserted in the respective fixing holes from a side of the fixing body first surface to protrude from a side of the fixing body second surface, and, under a fixed condition in which the busbar is fixed to the accommodation case by the fixing member, have leading ends disposed on an outside in a radial direction with respect to the fixing holes as viewed in an axial direction of the fixing holes.

The mismatched battery comprises a first battery cell having a first internal resistance and first charge capacity, and a second battery cell having a second internal resistance and second charge capacity, and the battery comprises at least one of the following: (1) the second internal resistance is less than the first internal resistance, and (2) the second charge capacity is less than the first charge capacity. The battery also has a pair of electrical connectors electrically coupling the first and second battery cells in parallel, a pair of terminals connected to the first or second battery cells, and a casing around the first and second battery cells with the terminals extending out of the casing.

摘要： A prismatic secondary battery includes a prismatic hollow outer body having a mouth and a bottom; a flat electrode assembly, a positive electrode collector, a negative electrode collector, and an electrolyte, all of which are stored in the prismatic outer body; a sealing plate sealing up the mouth of the prismatic outer body; and a positive electrode terminal attached to the sealing plate in an electrically insulated manner. The sealing plate includes a gas release valve and an electrolyte pour hole and further includes, on the front face, a concaved flat face having an identification code. With the prismatic secondary battery of the invention, a jig for assembly or the like is unlikely to come into contact with the identification code during an assembly process of the prismatic secondary battery, hence the identification code is unlikely to be abraded, and the traceability is unlikely to be lost.

摘要： A heat exchanger that is constructed with a heat exchanger shell having inlet and outlet plenums and fluid inlet and outlet ports, and a tube sheet construction disposed in the heat exchanger shell. The tube sheet construction includes at least two separate tube sheets and a plurality of tubes that extend between the separate tube sheets. Each tube sheet includes at least two planar tube sheet segments and a interstitial layer disposed between the at least two tube sheet segments, and at least one sensor element supported by each of the interstitial layers. A control monitor controls flow through the shell by a feedback control from the sensor to an inlet control valve and/or a stimulus device excites the media layer. In an alternate embodiment opposed position sensor elements may be provided at opposite sides of the tube sheet construction.

The first portion is capable of being forced relative to the second portion once the battery is forced relative to the body, so as to separate the first portion and the second portion along the split line.
