    • A self cleaning cutting assembly is provided, having an array of counter rotating cutters in which a plurality of cutters rotating in a first direction are mounted on a first shaft and a plurality of second cutters are mounted on a second shaft for rotating in an opposite direction. The array of cutters is provided with a plurality of clearing or cleaning rings located alternately with the cutters on each shaft. The cutting array is kept clear of debris or partially cut material by movement of the clearing or cutting rings against adjacent cutters. Movement of the clearing or cleaning rings is a combination of rotary motion and linear motion, in which the linear motion is imparted by the cutter located opposite the cleaning ring striking the cleaning rings so as to push the cleaning ring beyond the position of the widest part of the cutter to completely dislodge material from the cutter.

    • A blade axle assembly for a shredder includes two parallel blade axles. Each of the blade axles has an elongated slots axially defined at an outer periphery of the blade axle. A spacing bar is mounted in the elongated slot. The spacing bar is alternatively formed with multiple teeth and recesses. Multiple blade units are mounted on the blade axles. Each of blade units has two blades. The blade has a central hole defined through the blade, and positioned in a corresponding recess of the spacing bar. The teeth and recesses of the two blade axles are staggered, so the blade units on the two blade axles are alternately arranged. Whereby, it is convenient to install the blade units. Moreover, a reinforcing bracket is mounted on the blade axles to improve its rigidity, so the blade axles will not be pressed outwards and can effectively shred paper.

    • The invention relates to a crushing device, for example for crushing products associated with the disposal, processing and recycling of refuse and valuable materials. At least one hook (3) rotates between two respective crushing elements (6), the rotational plane of said hook being located in a substantially eccentric area in relation to the interval between two crushing elements (6). By rotating the stator (4) through 90°, the edge (10a) can be replaced by the following edge (10b) in the peripheral direction, thus considerably prolonging the service life of the stator (4).

    • The present invention provides a disc shredder, relating to a machine device disposed in a housing. A cover is assembled with the housing herein. The housing contains a motor, a fan, a reduction gear, a pair of cutter assemblies and a pair of tubes. The cover contains electrical components herein including a circuit board and a switch, and is connected to the motor by electrical cables. An inlet slot on the cover is for the insertion of floppy discs or CDs. When pressing the power switch, the fan and reduction gear are driven by the motor. The pair of cutter assemblies are then driven by the reduction gear and shred the disc. Splash plates on the sides of the inlet slot can prevent the risk of eye injury caused by flying debris.
