摘要： A quenching apparatus for a reactor is disclosed. The quenching apparatus includes a quenching unit (31) and a mixing unit (41). The quenching unit includes fluid distribution pipes (33) which branch off from a central portion of the quenching unit in radial directions and eject quenching fluid, and one or more first fluid outlets (35) which are formed through the bottom of the quenching unit. The mixing unit includes inclined baffles (43), one or more partitions (42) and a second fluid outlet (45). The inclined baffles are respectively disposed under the first fluid outlets. The partitions partition a space between inner and outer sidewalls of the mixing unit into a plurality of separated spaces in which the inclined baffles are respectively disposed. Fluid guided by the inclined baffles and the partitions is discharged out of the mixing unit through the second fluid outlet.

摘要： The invention relates to a device and to a method for mixing substances, wherein a substance to be treated is pressed with a press piston (3, 4) through a nozzle block (6) arranged between two press cylinders (1, 2). During the mixing, a fixed mixture constituent in the form of a suspension (13) is fed to the substance to be treated. The substance to be treated may be cooled during the mixing process by way of stepwise, controlled evaporation of a process fluid. Preferably, several, differently designed, exchangeable nozzle blocks are used, in order to adapt machine conditions to the changing viscosity of the substance to be mixed. The invention also relates to a mixing reactor and to a method for the continuous discharge of a product. For this, several mixers and an extrusion press are arranged next to one another and connected to one another via a transfer vehicle.

摘要： An apparatus and method of producing methanol includes reacting a heated hydrocarbon-containing gas and an oxygen-containing gas in a reactor; to provide a product stream comprising methanol; and transferring heat from the product stream to the hydrocarbon-containing gas to heat the hydrocarbon containing gas. After removing methanol and CO2 from the product stream, unprocessed hydrocarbons are mixed with the hydrocarbon containing gas for reprocessing through the reactor. Reactor byproducts are injected into the ground to increase the output of a hydrocarbon producing well.
