摘要： The present invention provides a battery module and a liquid-cooled battery system that uses it, a battery cell and a current collector sheet, on the premise that the materials like the electrode and separator and so on are completely the same, energy density of the battery pack is greatly increased; the cell and the current collector sheet are fully welded connections, the joints are fewer and it is not prone to produce desoldering, also ensuring the stability of the of the cell tab and high current carrying capacity, and when putting the parallel battery module in series, the use of wires are avoided, thus reduces the volume of the battery pack; the innovative design for the liquid-cooled battery pack system, improves the thermal balance between the cells, and the heat-dissipation in battery pack distributes more evenly, the insulation property of the battery package is highly improved, controlling the heat-dissipation capacity of the system by adjusting the flow rate of the circulating pump, not only the unnecessary energy consumption can be avoided, but also have a better impact resistance.

摘要： A battery pack and a liquid leakage detection method thereof are provided. The battery pack comprises a plurality of battery cells, a isolated liquid and a battery box containing the isolated liquid. The battery cells are soaked in the isolated liquid. The battery box comprising a box body and a cover plate. The isolated liquid is a fire-retardant and insulating liquid that has a specific gravity smaller than an electrolyte and is insoluble in the electrolyte. A collection portion is disposed at the bottom of the battery box, and a detection component is disposed in the collection portion. The present disclosure encloses the leaked electrolyte in the fire-retardant isolated liquid and uses the detection component to detect a resistance value of the isolated liquid so as to improve the safety of the box body.

The positive tabs and negative tabs of all type-A battery cells are electrically connected with a type-A first and a type-A second connecting pieces respectively. The positive tabs and negative tabs of all type-B battery cells are electrically connected with a type-B first and a type-B second connecting pieces respectively. When the battery pack burns, the type-A battery cells have an isolation effect on stopping the diffusion of combustion so as to improve the safety, and also improve the rapid charging and discharging ability and energy density of the battery pack.

The ion-selective conducting layer consists of high polymers and an inorganic lithium salt having lithium-ion conductivity, or consists of the inorganic lithium salt. The inorganic lithium salt includes LimMnOx, wherein the values of the m and n ensure the LimMnOx an electrically neutral compound, M is selected from at least one of B, P, Si, Se, Zr, W, Ti, Te, Ta, Al and As. The lithium-ion battery has a conduction layer having preference-selective conductivity for the lithium ions and disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The selective-conduction layer has improved mobility for lithium ions. Metal ions generated from the oxidized metal current collector at the negative electrode due to the over-charging of the battery can be blocked.
