摘要： A welding structure includes: an annular ring gear including a gear portion and a gear joint; and a case including a case joint joined to the gear joint, the welding structure being configured to fix the ring gear to the case by welded portions formed on both ends in an axial direction of the ring gear so that a gear-side weld surface of the gear joint and a case-side weld surface of the case joint are welded to each other. In the welded portion on at least one side in the axial direction is placed more outside than a gear end face of the gear portion in the axial direction. Alternatively, in the welded portion on at least one side in the axial direction, the gear-side weld surface and the case-side weld surface are inclined with respect to the axial direction.

摘要： Disclosed is a parking lock apparatus which can prevent an electric actuator from being accessed from the outside of the vehicle, and thereby can prevent the function of the parking lock apparatus from being lowered as well as can reduce the production cost in comparison with the conventional parking lock apparatus. The parking lock apparatus comprises an electric actuator 11 to be activated in response to the shift operation, and a parking lock apparatus 12 capable of selectively taking a parking lock maintained state to have the stoppage state of a vehicle 1 maintained or a parking lock released state to have the stoppage state of the vehicle 1 released. The electric actuator 11 is disposed between a first housing 1H partly constituting an engine 2 for generating a power and a second housing 2H partly constituting a transaxle 3 for transmitting the power generated by the engine 2.

Rear left and right wheel units (RL, RR) are independently driven by in-wheel motor type motor generators (MGR, MGL). The motor generator (MG2) and the motor generator (MGR, MGL) are configured to have different rated outputs, respectively, and be subjected to different speed reduction ratios, respectively, between the motor generators and their respectively associated drive wheel units, and thus have characteristics, respectively, in efficiency with respect to torque and vehicular speed, that exhibit high efficiency in mutually different output ranges, respectively. When a mileage oriented mode is selected as a traveling mode, an ECU (30) determines how a drive torque should be allocated between the motor generators (MG2, MGR, MGL), as based on the motors' required drive torque and vehicular speed and on each motor generator's characteristic in efficiency, to maximize the motor generators' total efficiency.
