摘要： The present invention provides a process for producing reagents for a chemical reaction by introducing a fuel containing hydrocarbons into a flash distillation process wherein the fuel is separated into a first component having a lower average molecular weight and a second component having a higher average molecular weight. The first component is then reformed to produce synthesis gas wherein the synthesis gas is reacted catalytically to produce the desire reagent.

摘要： A power conditioner for supplying controlled power generated from a power source such as a fuel cell or a solar battery to a load. The power conditioner includes a main converter converting the output voltage of the power source; an auxiliary converter converting the output voltage of the main converter to a voltage that is supplied to BOP elements; and a direct connecting line connecting the output voltage of the power source to the auxiliary converter bypassing the main converter. Accordingly, because the voltage for the power to be supplied to the BOP elements is converted only once, the power loss can be significantly reduced compared to the power loss from a conventional power conditioner.

Using the plurality of event signals, a core clock, having a first phase, is adjusted to be phase aligned with the slowest bit lane.

The circuit utilizes one or more serially coupled delay cells and a load cell. Each delay cell comprises an inverter, a nor-multiplexer, and a programmable capacitor, wherein a first control signal is used to control the operation of the nor-multiplexer and a second control signal is used to control capacitance of the programmable capacitor. Values of the first and the second control signals are selected based on any desired range of total delay time and any desired delay time for a specific application of the circuit.

The delay line circuit includes a reference voltage generating circuit that generates a reference voltage, the reference voltage having a positive temperature coefficient. The delay line circuit also includes a voltage regulating circuit that generates a regulated voltage in response to the generated reference voltage as an input, and a delay chain circuit coupled to the voltage regulator to receive the regulated voltage, the delay chain circuit outputting a delay signal. In an embodiment consistent with the present invention, the reference voltage generating circuit includes a bandgap reference voltage circuit. In another embodiment consistent with the present invention, the reference voltage generating circuit includes a proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) circuit.

摘要： The present invention includes a catalyst structure and method of making the catalyst structure for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis that both rely upon the catalyst structure having a first porous structure with a first pore surface area and a first pore size of at least about 0.1 μm, preferably from about 10 μm to about 300 μm. A porous interfacial layer with a second pore surface area and a second pore size less than the first pore size is placed upon the first pore surface area. Finally, a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst selected from the group consisting of cobalt, ruthenium, iron and combinations thereof is placed upon the second pore surface area. Further improvement is achieved by using a microchannel reactor wherein the reaction chamber walls define a microchannel with the catalyst structure placed therein through which pass reactants. The walls may separate the reaction chamber from at least one cooling chamber. The present invention also includes a method of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
