    • An analog-to-digital converter includes: a first latch row corresponding to a first stage; a second latch row corresponding to a second stage; and a digital processor for encoding output signals of the second latch row and generating a digital signal.     • An apparatus and method provide an effective handover of a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system from a macro evolved Node-B (eNB) to a relay eNB). In a method of supporting a handover of a User Equipment (UE) by a macro evolved Node-B (eNB) in a wireless communication system, a handover of the UE to a relay eNB is determined. A handover request and RRC connection setup message is transmitted to the relay eNB by integrating a handover request message for requesting a handover of the UE and an RRC connection setup message for requesting RRC connection setup between the macro eNB and the relay eNB. A handover request response and RRC connection setup response message are received from the relay eNB by integrating a handover request response message and an RRC connection setup response message.

    • The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display and a method of manufacturing the same. A liquid crystal display according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a first substrate, a first conductor arranged on the first substrate, a first insulating layer arranged on the first substrate and the first conductor, a second insulating layer arranged on the first insulating layer, a semiconductor layer arranged on the second insulating layer, and a second conductor arranged on the semiconductor layer and the second insulating layer.
