摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an adsorbent suitable as an adsorbent for a canister which is capable of reducing an amount of evaporated fuel gas released into the atmosphere even where a motor vehicle is allowed to park for a prolonged period of time, a process for producing the adsorbent as well as a canister using the adsorbent and a method for using the canister. The above object can be accomplished by an adsorbent in which an integrated volume of pores having an average diameter of 3,000 to 100,000 nm as measured with a mercury porosimeter is 6.5 mL/dl or more and an equilibrium adsorption as measured in an n-butane volume concentration of 2,000 ppm is 0.16 g/dL or more, a process for producing the adsorbent, as well as a canister and a method for using the canister.

摘要： A portable apparatus comprises a housing having an opening portion, a pack receptacle formed in the housing, and a battery pack detachably contained in the pack receptacle through the opening portion. The pack receptacle has a slider for maintaining the battery pack at the pack receptacle. The slider is movable between a lock position and a lock releasing position, and maintained at the lock position through a spring. The slider has an insertion port, an engaging portion, a first cam portion, and a second cam portion. The insertion port is formed such that a convex portion of the battery pack is detachably inserted therethrough to be continuous to the opening portion. The engaging portion is formed to be engaged with the convex portion when the slider is moved to the lock position. The first cam portion connects the engaging portion to the insertion port, and slidably comes in contact with the convex portion when said slider is moved to the lock releasing position from the lock position, thereby pressing the convex portion to the insertion port thereby partially lifting the battery pack form the pack receptacle. The second cam portion is formed at a portion continuous to the insertion port, and the second cam portion slidably comes in contact with the convex portion when the pack device is inserted to the pack receptacle, thereby moving the slider to the lock releasing position from the lock position.

摘要： An electronic system includes an electronic apparatus body and an external expansion unit. The electronic apparatus body has a bottom surface and a rear surface. A first connector is arranged on the rear surface. The external expansion unit has a first surface opposing the bottom surface, and a second surface opposing the rear surface. The external expansion unit has a second connector which is detachably connected to the first connector. The external expansion unit has an engaging device. The engaging device is movable between the first position where the engaging device is separated from the bottom surface and the second position where the engaging device is engaged with the bottom surface to pull the electronic apparatus body toward the second surface. The external expansion unit has an operation mechanism for selectively moving the engaging device to the first and second positions.
