According to the invention, the signal processor for the coding device is therefore used for calculating the coefficients for the echo cancelling filter during speech pauses. This requires the use of not more than a single signal processor which can thus be used twice.

    • A method and core network node for establishing a connection between a first access node and a second access node. The first access node sends to a first core network node, a connection establishment request that includes a set of framing protocol parameters for the framing of information to be sent over an interface between the first access node and the first core network node. The first core network node stores the parameter set and initializes a connection to a further core network node according to the framing protocol.
