摘要： A lancet assembly includes a lancet, a lancet engaging part, and a lancet case housing the lancet and the lancet engaging part. In the lancet assembly of the present invention, the lancet engaging part and the lancet cap are disposed such that they are capable of making contact with each other. When the lancet engaging part is forced to move forward with respect to the lancet in a pricking direction, the lancet cap is pressed by the lancet engaging part, and thereby the bridging component is broken so that the lancet cap is separated from the lancet body. When the lancet engaging part is forced to further move forward, the separated lancet cap moves to the position off a pricking pathway of the pricking component within the lancet case.

摘要： A safety lancet for taking blood has a hollow barrel with two first slots and two second slots and a detachable needle hub. The needle hub is mounted in the barrel and has a moving base with a needle near a proximal end and a positioning base near a distal end. The positioning base detachably connects to the moving base and has a push button and two stopping resilient elements protruding symmetrically from an outer surface of the positioning base and protruding in the first slots before the push button being pushed and protruding in the second slots after the push button being pushed, so the position base can not move backward. 摘要： A blood collection assembly includes a needle cannula with an intravenous end and a non-patient end. The cannula is mounted to a needle holder so that the non-patient-end projects into the holder. A safety shield is telescoped over the needle cannula and is movable from a proximal position where the non-patient end of the cannula is exposed to a distal position where the non-patient end of the cannula is shielded. The safety shield is configured to be passively actuated and propelled into the distal position in response to insertion of a blood collection tube into the holder. However, a slide back actuator extends from the safety shield to permit the shield to be retracted into a proximal position during use and before the safety shield is locked in the distal position.

摘要： A needle holder for use with a needle assembly for blood collection is provided, and in particular, for use with a needle assembly including an activation mechanism adapted for axial displacement between a first position and a second position with respect to the needle assembly through engagement with a blood collection tube. The needle holder includes an outer body having a first end adapted for attachment to such a needle assembly and a second end having an internal opening therein. The needle holder is adapted for accommodating a blood collection tube within the internal opening for engagement with the needle assembly. The needle holder further includes a lever which is movable between a first blocking position in which the activation mechanism is blocked from engagement with the blood collection tube to prevent axial movement from the first position to the second position, and a second release position in which the activation mechanism is capable of engagement with the blood collection tube to permit axial movement between the first position and the second position. The needle holder is particularly useful with needle assemblies including a blunting element which can be activated by the activation mechanism.

A spring (3) shoots the lancet (2) forwards, momentarily to project its tip. The lancet (2) is initially held by a hooked tongue (25, 28) that latches behind a transverse web (10, 11) within the housing, the trigger action dislodging that engagement. The tongue (25) either springs back after release and so will abut the trigger (18) or the front of the web (10) if pushed back in an attempt to re-latch, or it will stay permanently deformed and thus be unable to re-engage the web (10). Alternatively, the trigger (18) may slice off the hook (28), making re-use impossible.

The nullLnull shaped resilient needle, which disposed within a housing pod of the assembly, is able to resiliently extend from the housing pod to puncture a subject and able to resiliently retract within the housing pod after puncturing. The wafer assembly contacts the subject that including adheres to the subject. The invention assembly avoids any potential risks associated with needle techniques that include needle-stick, needle irritation, contamination and cross-infection. The assembly enables a preset application, which includes a test application or a delivery application, in such assembly. It may be available used one continuous motion to punch the needle, to perform the preset application, and conceal the needle. The assembly is of simple mechanism to easily make with economic benefits and to conveniently perform with fewer malfunctions.
