摘要： An automotive data device, such as an audio player, for playing recording media of a different size includes a housing member housing a first player unit and a second player unit in a stacked arrangement. Each of the player units have insertion slots. A movable operating panel for controlling the respective first player unit and the second player unit extends across the respective insertion slots. A control unit can drive the movable operating panel in a first mode of operation to expose only the first insertion slot, while maintaining the operability of user controls on the operating panel. The control unit provides a second mode of operation to expose both of the insertion slots, while retracting at least a portion of the operating panel into the housing member below the lower insertion slot.

摘要： When hydrofluoric acid is introduced into a treatment tank in a pH adjustment unit, an alkali chemical is also introduced thereinto to set pH of first treated water in the treatment tank to be larger than pH of the wastewater. Moreover, a third path (circulating path) is connected to the treatment tank to circulate the first treated water. Then, pH adjustment is performed until second treated water having a pH value within a desired range is generated. The second treated water having the pH value adjusted to a desired value after the pH adjustment is transferred to the reaction tank for reaction with calcium. Thus, deterioration in treatment efficiency can be prevented. Moreover, the pH meter is provided in the circulating path and never comes into direct contact with the wastewater. Thus, the pH meter can be protected from the hydrofluoric acid.

摘要： A tape player having two belts wound around a motor shaft, with one further wound around flywheels provided with capstans and another further wound around a reel shaft drive system, said flywheels and said reel shaft drive system being adapted to be separately rotated by the different belts, respectively.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThis invention relates to a tape player art and more particularly to a tape player which can enjoy minimized wow and flutter as well as reduced thickness in construction.The reduction in thickness of a tape player will not only contribute to reduction of materials to be used for manufacturing of the tape player but also enable the tape player to be suitably installed with advantage in a limited space for a driver's seat in a car. In conventional mobile tape players, it is general that wow and flutter is caused principally by a load fluctuation in the tape drive system. The conventional mobile tape players generally employ such a system that flywheels are driven by a belt wound around a motor reel. The reel driver is driven through a flywheel drive of a constant rate and a drive system is formed through a fast-forward/rewind mechanism, so that the drive load applied thereby fluctuates considerably and wow and flutter is inevitably caused. On the other hand, to establish such a reel driver-drive system, there should be employed such a structure that a gear or wheel is mounted coaxially with the flywheel and the drive system should be formed through the gear or wheel coaxial with the flywheel. Consequently, the flywheel assembly becomes inevitably bulky and thick. Furthermore, the flywheel is provided with a capstan and a tape pack mounted thereon, requiring a further mechanism for loading/unloading the tape pack thereon which unavoidably limits the desired reduction in thickness of the tape player.
