摘要： Location positioning setting information is read from a setting storage section when the user depressed a power key. The location positioning setting information comprises setting information, such as the maximum duration time of the location positioning operation and the operation timing when a power-off event has been generated. A control section turns off the power of a display section, a speaker, a microphone, etc., excluding a communication function for transmitting location positioning and positioning results. In this state, a location positioning section acquires the positional information of the mobile communication terminal. Then, a wireless communication section transmits the location positioning information of the positioned mobile communication terminal to a predetermined monitoring server which manages the positional information of the mobile communication terminal.

摘要： An electrical connector assembly of the present invention includes a first component for supporting a first electrical connector element; a second component for supporting a second electrical connector element inserted in the first electrical connector element to be fitted therein; a short-circuit element, fitted in the first component, for electrically short-circuit the first electrical connector element; and a locking element engageable with the second component in a locked manner. The locking element is so structured that when the second component is inserted in the first component to be fitted therein, the locking element can make the short-circuit element move back to its non-short-circuit position and also can move to engage with the first component. The engagement of the locking element with the first component allows the first component and the second component to be locked against disconnection. The connecting motion of the both components and the pressing motion of the locking element for the release of the short circuit can be performed in the same motion.

摘要： Diodes rows are arranged at interval L in the same direction as that of arrangement of cell rows. Each of the diodes rows has a row of pn junctions each formed on a substrate and arranged along a track vertical to interconnection tracks. The interconnection between cells automatically connect the gates of MOS transistors to the diodes without the need for considering which gate should be connected to the diode. The length of wiring between the gate of MOS transistor and a diode is less than an upper limit value for preventing electrostatic breakdown at a gate oxide in a process of fabricating the semiconductor integrated circuit. Each of the pn junctions may be formed under necessary input signal lines, necessary ground line, the bottom of the drain of MOS transistor or under the power supply line outside of macrocell.

摘要： A focus detection condition display device suitable for use in a camera provided with an electronic viewfinder. The pattern signal corresponding to a focus detection zone on which focus detection is conducted by a focus detecting system is superimposed on the video signal of the object field and said signal is output to an electronic viewfinder. When the focus detection has become impracticable for such reason as lack of contrast of the object field, or focusing has become impracticable because of the object coming too close to the camera, an alarm is issued by the pattern corresponding to a focus detection zone displayed on the electronic viewfinder displaying in a manner different from that ordinarily used.

With this optical module, the sub-mount 1 and fiber fixing member 2 are aligned and fixed by the fitting together of the guide grooves 10 and guide rails 20. A passive alignment type optical module that enables mass production and cost reduction is thus realized.
