摘要： A suspension control device for a vehicle includes: a vehicle speed detector for detecting a vehicle running speed; a spring or damping rate variation calculator for calculating variation of an apparent spring or damping rate of a suspension of a vehicle due to increase or reduction of the vehicle running speed on the basis of the detected vehicle running speed; and a spring or damping rate variable correction device for varying and correcting the spring or damping rate of the vehicle suspension to a predetermined value on the basis of the variation of the spring or damping rate. The spring or damping rate is determined by the variation of the apparent spring constant which is proportional to variation in aerodynamic force due to displacement of the attitude of the vehicle, the apparent damping rate variation which is proportional to variation in aerodynamic force due to displacement velocity of the attitude of the vehicle.

摘要： A floor panel having a rectangular floor base integrally with a convex prop in each corner portion and a concave portion on the upper surface of each prop. There is a height adjusting screw with a plate embedded in the concave portion of each prop, variably for adjusting the height of the support position in a predetermined range between a position lower than the upper surface of the prop and a position higher than the upper surface of the prop. A floor panel is supported by each prop of the floor base and has through holes for accessing the height adjusting screw for adjusting the support height at each corner according to the prop. In the method of manufacturing the floor base, a convex portion, which integrally projects to the upper surface side on four corners of a skin, is formed, a concave portion is formed on the lower surface of said convex portion, concrete is packed in the concave portion, thereby forming which is integral to said skin.

摘要： A panel for free access to a signal cable and a power cable is installed on the floor of an office room and forms a network of signal cables in an office. The posts of this panel are mounted on the floor. A floor plate is secured to the upper ends of the posts. A rack plate is arranged between the floor plate and the floor, and the rack plate is secured to the posts. The height of the floor plate and the rack plate is adjusted by adjusting the engaging position by rotating a leg to be engaged with the threaded holes of the posts. The floor plates are composed of a plate made of glass, reinforced cement mixed with foamable styrol or an aluminum honeycomb structure. The rack plate is composed of a transparent polypropylene plate. Further, the surface of the floor plate is covered with a surface material such as a carpet. The signal cables are arranged in the space between the floor plates and the rack plates. The power cables are arranged in the space between the rack plates and the floor. Electronic components are mounted on the rack plates. Therefore, the power cables, the signal cables and the other electronic components are completely isolated from each other, and the modification of the layout of office automation equipment can be readily carried out by an authorized person.

摘要： An apparatus for controlling the opening and closing of a channel for a liquid is arranged such that a liquid channel is closed by causing a controller to control one heat absorbing and generating part of a cooling/heating element to execute heat absorption and cooling a heat transmitting element to solidify the liquid in the channel. The apparatus is also arrangement such that the channel is opened first by causing the controller to control the same heat absorbing and generating part to execute heat generation and heating the heat transmitting element to melt the liquid solidified in the channel. A method of controlling the opening and closing of a channel according to the invention includes the steps of: solidifying a liquid in a channel by cooling it from the outside to close the channel; and opening the channel thus closed by melting the liquid solidified in the channel by the application of heat.
