摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) device and its fabrication method are disclosed. Specifically, a fabrication method in which polyhedral spacers are implemented on a substrate through an ink jet method are used for an LCD device. The spacers have the polyhedral shape to increase their contact area with two substrates, and include a surface processed layer for strengthening a bonding force in its bonding with an alignment film formed on the two substrates. The spacers have a polyhedral shape for maintaining the cell gap between the substrates.

摘要： A stacked semiconductor package and a method for manufacturing the same are presented which exhibit a reduced electrical resistance and an increased junction force. The semiconductor package includes at least two semiconductor chips stacked upon each other. Each semiconductor chip has a plurality of bonding pads formed on upper surfaces and has via-holes. First wiring lines are located on the upper surfaces of the semiconductor chips, on the surfaces of the via-holes, and respectively connected onto their respective bonding pads. Second wiring lines are located on lower surfaces of the semiconductor chips and on the surfaces of the respective via-holes which connect to their respective first wiring lines. The semiconductor chips are stacked so that the first wiring lines on an upper surface of an upwardly positioned semiconductor chip are respectively joined with corresponding second wiring lines formed on a lower surface of a downwardly positioned semiconductor chip.

摘要： A thermoelectric nanowire and a method of manufacturing the same, in which an oxide layer and a thermoelectric material layer, both of which have different thermal expansion coefficients, are stacked on a substrate, and a single crystal thermoelectric nanowire is grown from a thermoelectric material using the compressive stress caused by the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients. The method includes preparing a substrate on which an oxide layer is formed, forming a plurality of nanoparticles, each of which includes aluminum (Al), silver (Ag), iron (Fe) or oxides thereof, on the oxide layer, forming a thermoelectric material thin film, which has thermoelectric properties, above the oxide layer so as to include the nanoparticles formed on the oxide layer, heat-treating the substrate having the thermoelectric material thin film to grow the thermoelectric nanowire containing the nanoparticles, and cooling the substrate at room temperature after the heat-treatment.

摘要： The present invention provides an antibody specifically binding to death receptor 5 (DR5), which is selected from the group consisting of: an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region (VH) having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 3 at complementary determining regions (CDRs) and a light chain variable region (VL) having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 4 to 6 at CDRs; and an antibody comprising a (VH) having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 7 to 9 at CDRs and a (VL) having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 10 to 12 at CDRs, and a composition for preventing or treating a cancer comprising the same.
