When a copper material emitted from the source of copper emission (35B) is deposited on one main surface of the substrate (34B) to block an opening of the through-hole in the one main surface by means of a deposited film formed of the copper material, a blocked state of the opening blocked by the deposited film is adjusted based on the distance and the electric power.

摘要： The present invention discloses serum remnant-like lipoprotein concentration regulators containing triglyceride of medium-chain fatty acids, wherein 90% or more by weight of the fatty acids as components of the medium-chain triglyceride are saturated fatty acids having 8 and 10 carbon atoms; weight ratio between the saturated fatty acids having 8 carbon atoms and those having 10 carbon atoms is 60/40 to 85/15; and the proportion of the saturated fatty acids having 8 carbon atoms in all the fatty acids bonding to the second position of the triglyceride is 60 to 85 % by weight. The present invention also discloses foods for controlling the concentration of serum remnant-like lipoproteins and pharmaceutical compositions for controlling the concentration of serum remnant-like lipoproteins, which contain the serum remnant-like lipoprotein concentration regulator. The foods for controlling the concentration of serum remnant-like lipoproteins can be easily used without concerning about side effects and restrictive diet.

摘要： An electrical connecting member is provided with a holding member made of an electric insulating material and a plurality of conductive members held by the holding member in a state of being insulated with each other. One end of each of the conductive members is exposed on one surface of the holding member and the other end of each of the conductive members is exposed on the other surface of the holding member. The conductive members have portions exposed from the holding member, the length of which is longer than the thickness of the holding member. These exposed portions are easily deformed by the pressure force exerted at the time of connecting electric circuit components to reduce the coupling load even when there is irregularity in the heights thereof or unevenness in the junctions of the objects connection, hence enabling high density connections between the electric circuit components. The exposed portions can also be formed to have empty holes 1B, to be porous or, in the alternative, annealed to soften the exposed portions.

摘要： A high heat-conductive, thick film multilayered circuit board for high speed signal transmission in a high frequency region has a substrate having high heat conductivity. An oxidized layer is formed on a surface of the substrate. Electrically conductive layers formed of a printed paste containing crystallized glass, and insulating layers formed of a printed insulating paste containing crystallized glass as a principal constituent are alternately disposed by printing on the oxidized layer of the substrate. The conductive and insulating layers are heated to form solid layers between successive printing steps. The substrate is AlN, Sic/BeO, SiC, Cu/W and/or ZrB.sub.2 having a heat conductivity of 40-140 W/m.multidot.k at room temperature. The layers have high adhesion strength to the substrate and the insulting layer has a low dielectric constant.
