    • To provide a sensor mounting structure which enables mounting an automotive sensor directly to the wall section of a part to be detected, without using screws, and also mounting a pressure detector directly to a pressure air passage without using a pressure inlet pipe.The non-circular sensor mounting hole is provided for inserting a part of the sensor housing into the wall section of the part to be detected. In the sensor housing the first locking portion (pawl) and the second locking portion (flange) are integrally formed by molding. The housing 1 is allowed to be inserted into the mounting hole under the condition that the pawl is directed to a specific orientation, and, after insertion, is turned through a specific angle. Therefore the pawl is engaged on the inside surface of the wall section. The flange is engaged on the outside surface of the wall section. The pawl and the flange are designed to hold the wall section of the part to be detected, thereby mounting the sensor. The projection of the hook is engaged with the recess provided in the sensor housing 1, thus locking the sensor from turning.

    • An operation control lever unit for regulating power of an engine of an engine-powered working machine has a handle case attached to a support rod connected at one end to the engine and at the other end to a working tool, a throttle lever pivotally mounted to the handle case for controlling a throttle mechanism to regulate the engine speed, and a brake release lever pivotally mounted to the handle case in diametrically opposite relation to the throttle lever for releasing a brake mechanism associated with the engine. This arrangement enables the operator to manipulate the throttle lever using at least one finger excluding the thumb of its one hand and to depress the brake release lever with a palm of the same hand while maintaining a grip on the handle case.

    • A binding wire guide mechanism in a binding machine has a bend guide member which is provided at the outlet of a straight guide member. The bend guide member has a wire receiving surface which receives a wire fed through the straight guide member in such a manner that the wire abuts obliquely against the surface. The angle of abutment of the wire with respect to the wire receiving surface is made adjustable. As the front end portion of the wire is bent while abutting against the wire receiving surface, the remaining portion of the wire is also bent; that is, the wire is continuously bent, thus forming a wire loop. The bend guide member is short, providing a free space at the front. Therefore, the wire can be positively wound around the articles with ease, which contributes to an improvement of the operating performance of the binding machine.
