    • The present invention discloses a set-top box and a method and apparatus for implementing program recording and playing in an IPTV system. The method includes: a service system in the IPTV system sends a playing-recording request carrying a recording identifier and request address to set-top box; the set-top box, according to the playing-recording request, judges whether a local device has an interface with playing-recording synchronization capability, and if yes, sets interface parameters according to the recording identifier, defines a media playing object for the playing-recording request, allocates corresponding recording resources and playing resources, downloads and starts to play the program from the network side corresponding to the request address, and synchronously records the program in the background while playing.

A platform is coupled to the housing and movable in opposing first and second directions through the first opening, and in opposing third and fourth directions through the second opening. A doll is coupleable to the platform and rotatable about an axis between first and second positions relative to the platform. The doll is moved from the first position to the second position as the platform is moved in the second direction, and the doll is moved from the second position to the first position as the platform is moved in the third direction.

    • A fusible link includes a current collector element, a battery cell conductor pad, and at least one fusible conductor connecting the current collector element and the battery cell conductor pad. The current collector element can be a current collector conductor pad, a current collector conductor pad and a current collector plate, or a fuse sheet. A battery cell has an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, a separate fusible link is coupled to at least one of the battery cell electrodes. The battery cell conductor pad is electrically and mechanically attached to each battery cell electrode. The fusible conductor opens under excessive current flow, and has sufficient service loop length to allow relative in-plane and out-of-plane motions between the battery cell electrode and the current collector element. The fusible links can be applied to each of a plurality of battery cells included in a battery pack.
