摘要： The present invention discloses a method and system for transmitting an ETWS primary notification message. After paging a terminal through a paging message containing ETWS message indication information, a base station schedules the ETWS primary notification message as user data in a sub-frame subsequent to a sub-frame with the paging message and generates control information containing an ETWS ID and resource information on a DL-SCH assigned for the primary notification message of the ETWS; the base station sends the control information over a PDCCH and sends the primary notification message of the ETWS over the DL-SCH based on the control information; and after receiving the paging message, the terminal detects and analyzes the control information containing the ETWS ID by monitoring the PDCCH to obtain the resource information thereof, and receives the ETWS primary notification message on corresponding resources of the DL-SCH based on the resource information.

摘要： Process for direct coal liquefaction of coal, including: (1) preparing a coal slurry from raw coal; (2) preheating the coal slurry, then feeding it into reaction system to undergo liquefaction reaction; (3) separating reaction products in a separator to form a liquid phase and a gas phase, wherein the liquid phase is fractionated in an atmospheric tower into a light oil fraction and a bottom product; (4) feeding the atmospheric tower bottom product to a vacuum tower to separate into distillate and vacuum residue; (5) mixing the light oil fraction and the distillate to form a mixture, then feeding the mixture to a suspended bed hydrotreating reactor with forced circulation for hydrogenation; (6) fractionating hydrogenation products into oil products and a hydrogen donor recycling solvent. The process can operate long periods, with higher reactor efficiency and utilization factor, increased liquid oil yield and can supply high-quality feedstock for further processing.

摘要： A heat-dissipating device is adapted for dissipating heat generated by a heat-producing electronic component inside an equipment housing. The heat-dissipating device includes a heat transfer plate, a heat exchanger pipe and a heat sink. The heat transfer plate is adapted to be mounted detachably on a heat-releasing side of the electronic component. The heat exchanger pipe has a heat exchanging coolant contained therein, a rear end portion connected to the heat transfer plate, and a front end portion. The heat sink has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The second end is coupled non-rotatably to the front end portion of the heat exchanger pipe. The assembly of the heat sink and the heat exchanger pipe is supported inside the housing such that the assembly of the heat sink and the heat exchanger pipe is rotatable relative to the housing about a pivot axis that extends between the first and second ends of the heat sink to permit movement of the heat transfer plate toward or away from the electronic component when the heat transfer plate is detached from the electronic component.
