摘要： A multiband phased array antenna includes a substrate, and dipole element arrays extending outwardly from an imaginary center point on the substrate. Each dipole element array includes dipole antenna elements arranged in an end-to-end relation and having a dipole size different than a dipole size of dipole antenna elements of at least one other dipole element array. A ground plane is adjacent the dipole element arrays and has a different spacing therefrom in an outward direction from the imaginary center point. The different spacing between the ground plane and the dipole element arrays increases from the imaginary center point towards an edge of the substrate.

摘要： A mixing apparatus for mixing relatively low salinity fluid with relatively high salinity fluid comprisesa housing having an upper end and a lower end, a fluid inlet at or near the lower end, and a fluid outlet at or near the upper end, wherein the relatively high salinity fluid in use enters the housing through the fluid inlet and is discharged from the housing through the fluid outlet. A feed tube is provided and has a first end connectable to a source of relatively low salinity fluid and second end for introducing relatively low salinity fluid to the housing to mix the relatively high salinity fluid with the relatively low salinity fluid to form a fluid mixture. At least one power generator is associated with the housing, and is driven by the mixing of the relatively high salinity fluid with the relatively low salinity fluid.

Each row includes a plurality of counter-rotating brush pairs that are arranged horizontally and longitudinally, and configured to receive and process a disk in a vertical orientation through disk preparation zones defined by each pair of brushes. Below and between the pairs of brushes is a track that is configured to apply a rotation to the disk and to transition the disk in a vertical orientation through the brush pairs. Nozzles dispense fluids on and over the brush pairs, and the brush pairs are configured such that fluids are dispensed through the brush pairs. Nozzles dispense a curtain of fluid between each disk preparation zone, and the cascaded disk scrubbing system is configured to progress from dirtiest to cleanest as the disk transitions through each disk preparation zone.

摘要： The present invention allows Internet Protocol television (IPTV) services to be provided to different types of subscriber devices over different types of networks via a multimedia subsystem, such as an IP multimedia subsystem. A given subscriber may have one subscription supporting IPTV services to different types of subscriber devices. Each of the subscriber devices may register with a given IPTV application server, which will interact with the various subscriber devices using a common session control protocol, such as the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The IPTV sessions may support delivery of various types of streaming content, such as audio or video content, for broadcast or on-demand services. Different IPTV sessions are used to support broadcast and on-demand services. However, within a given broadcast or on-demand IPTV session, channels may be changed or the streaming media may be controlled within the respective IPTV sessions.
