    • A communication system that integrates a multimedia service using an internet protocol, and allows for access via a circuit switched domain, including a serving call session controller, circuit switched access adaptation element, and controller selecting element. The serving call session controller controls a call session by a registered user equipment. The circuit switched access adaptation element adds relevant information related to a location of the user equipment to a registration request of the user equipment connected to the circuit switched domain. The controller selecting element determines a serving call session controller for registering the user equipment based on the relevant information added to the registration request by the circuit switched access adaptation element.

    • The disclosure generally describes computer-implemented methods, software, and systems for generating and using platform-independent code. A computer-implemented method includes: identifying a user interface library that includes abstractions of user interface elements, each abstraction being platform-independent and associated with platform-specific code including user interface code unique to different platforms; receiving application code at design time that includes an abstraction of a user interface element; and storing the application code for use on a client device. At subsequent execution time, the application code is configured to: determine platform-specific information of the client device; execute platform-specific lines of code appropriate for the client device; and present the user interface element in a user interface of the client device in a way that is appropriate for the client device.

One method includes providing a series of controls for presentation representing a complete set of the elements, including first and last elements that are accessible without paging or scrolling to another screen. User input is received representing a traversal of the controls, including an uninterrupted selection of the controls. During the traversal and depending on a current position of the user input in relation to the controls, a position marker is displayed and continuously updated that identifies at least one element associated with a control at the current position. User input is received during the traversal indicating a selection of a particular control based on a termination of user input. The selection is based on a position relative to the series of controls. At least one particular element associated with the selected particular control is identified.

    • A radio network allows a flexible distribution of data flows between a mobile station and a mobility anchor of the network over different interfaces. Data flows are routed between at least one mobile station and a mobility anchor of the network. The mobile station can connect to the mobility anchor using multiple network interfaces simultaneously, the radio network including an application function capable of processing and/or analyzing information about routing policies contained in a signalling received from a mobile station, which is able to push or signal the processed and/or analyzed information from the application function to an entity that can enforce routing policies to forward the data flows to one or more selected interfaces and which is able to signal routing policies received from the network to the mobile station. Further, an according method for operating a radio network, especially for routing data flows within the network, is disclosed.
