By inserting a tapered rod into the second opening at its light incidence side and by moving the slide supporting member along the aforementioned guide convex portion, the slide supporting member is stopped at a predetermined position and, at this position, the slide supporting member is fixed.

摘要： A technique permitting the reduction in size of a semiconductor device is provided. In a BGA type semiconductor device with a semiconductor chip flip-chip-bonded onto a wiring substrate, bump electrodes of the semiconductor chip are coupled to lands formed at an upper surface of the wiring substrate. The lands at the upper surface of the wiring substrate are coupled electrically to solder balls formed on a lower surface of the wiring substrate. Therefore, the lands include first type lands with lead-out lines coupled thereto and second type lands with lead-out lines not coupled thereto but with vias formed just thereunder. The lands are arrayed in six or more rows at equal pitches in an advancing direction of the rows. However, a row-to-row pitch is not made an equal pitch. In land rows which are likely to cause a short-circuit, the pitch between adjacent rows is made large, while in land rows which are difficult to cause a short-circuit, the pitch between adjacent rows is made small. By so doing, both prevention of a short-circuit and improvement of the layout density of lands are attained at a time.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a flexible printed wiring board and multilayered flexible printed wiring board in which, in methods of laminating substrates comprising a non-adhering section and an adhering section, adhesion of the FPC substrates of the flexure part can be prevented and adequate flex resistance can be maintained.The present invention provides a flexible printed wiring board comprising at least an electric insulating layer and a conductor layer wherein the surface of the electric insulating layer has a 10-point average roughness of at least 1.5 μm and less than 2.0 μm and contact angle of at least 60° and less than 120°, or has a 10-point average roughness of at least 2.0 μm and less than 4.0 μm, and also provides a multilayered flexible printed wiring board formed by the lamination of two or more of the flexible printed wiring boards in which the surface of the electric insulating layers of the two or more flexible printed wiring boards exposed in a bendable state are opposing in a non-adhered state, and a part of the wiring boards is laminated on each of a first multilayered flexible printed wiring board and a second multilayered flexible printed wiring board.

Each unit for projecting image-light is formed of an LED array, a rod integrator, a liquid crystal display panel, and a projection lens. A projection optical axis of the projection lens of each unit for projecting image-light is parallel each other. A unit for projecting image light in red is provided with an LED array for emitting light of a wavelength band in red, a unit for projecting image light in green is provided with an LED array for emitting light of a wavelength band in green, and a unit for projecting image light in blue is provided with an LED array for emitting light of a wavelength band in blue. Each image light in color obtained as a result of passing through the liquid crystal display panel is projected by the projection lens, and displayed on a screen. As a result, each image light in color is superposed on the screen, and an image in full color is displayed.

The method used for mounting semiconductor devices includes a process for preparing the semiconductor devices by obtaining multiple terminals by exposing a section of each of multiple leads protruding from a rear side of the plastic casing, and forming a layer of solder by solidifying a molten solder material; a process for supplying a solder paste material to multiple electrodes on a printed circuit board; and a process for melting the solder paste of the multiple electrodes and connecting each of the multiple terminals with the multiple electrodes.

摘要： A semiconductor circuit device includes a multi-layered substrate comprising a plurality of signal lines sandwiched between a power source line and a ground line, with insulation layers formed therebetween to reduce fluctuation of a ground line potential at the time of simultaneous switching of the signal lines and to increase the operational speed. The signal lines provides bidirectional current paths and is disposed between the current source line and the ground line. The multi-layered substrate is formed around a semiconductor pellet. Electrode pads are formed on the insulation layer over the ground line on the same level as the signal lines and generally on the same level as the main surface of the semiconductor pellet where electrodes pads are formed. Bonding wires are used to electrically connect the electrode pads on the pellet and the electrodes formed on the insulation layer. Additional bonding wires are used to electrically connect the electrode pads formed on the insulation layer and electrode pads formed on the power source line which is at a higher level and further away from the electrode pads formed on the insulation layer. Some of the electrode pads formed on the insulation layer is directly connected to the ground line using a side plate extension.
