The flame retarding masterbatch includes a fire retardant in an amount of about 0.1-15.0 wt %, a crosslinking agent in an amount of about 0.1-1.5 wt %, a thermoplastic polymer in an amount of about 76.5-99.5 wt %, a crosslinking initiator in an amount of about 0.01-2.0 wt %, and a dispersing agent in an amount of about 0.1-5.0 wt % in the composition.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a nanocomposite composition comprising forming an intercalating composition comprising 1% to about 90% by weight of a purified sodium smectite clay that contains at least 75% Na+ ions based on the total interlayer exchangeable cations, that has been intercalated and thereby swollen sufficiently for polyamide monomer or oligomer intercalation, with a protonated organic, non-carboxylic acid moiety-containing onium ion swelling agent; and about 10% to about 99% of a lactam ring-containing monomer or oligomer, and heating the intercalating composition to a temperature above the melting point of the lactam to open the lactam ring and polymerize the lactam to form the polyamide while in contact with the smectite clay.

摘要： The present invention is to provide a conductive masterbatch using a polyamide resin, the conductive masterbatch that has an excellent kneadability/manufacturability and formability and an excellent dispersibility of conductive fillers such as a carbon black, and shows stable conductivity even when a large amount of such conductive fillers are contained therein, and a resin composition containing the conductive masterbatch. That is, the present invention is to provide the conductive masterbatch, which includes at least a conductive filler selected from carbon blacks and carbon nanotubes, a polyamide resin, and a copolymer which contains at least a vinyl monomer having a functional group reactive with the polyamide resin and a styrene as monomer units, and in which the content of the conductive filler is in the range of 10% by mass to 40% by mass, and the resin composition containing the conductive masterbatch.

The production method for the thermoplastic resin composition is provided. (A): a polyphenylene ether, (B): a polyamide. (C): a phase-solvating agent, (D): an electrically conductive carbon black and/or a fine fibrous carbon, and (E) an improving agent for shock resistance.
