摘要： Embodiments provide methods, systems, and apparatuses for loading workpieces in a flow direction into the spaced apart lugs on a lugged conveyor with the workpieces oriented transverse to the flow direction. The lug loader includes an array of pairs of endless conveyors configured to convey workpieces toward a lugged conveyor. The first and second endless conveyors of each pair are spaced laterally apart across the flow direction and aligned substantially in the flow direction. The array can form a continuous or discontinuous transport surface. Some pairs of endless conveyors in the array may overlap one or more other pairs of endless conveyors in the array. At least one pair of endless conveyors in the array may include two or more endless conveyors that are independently driven at different speeds and/or in different directions to de-skew a workpiece.

摘要： The present disclosure provides systems and methods for counting a plurality of objects and parsing the objects into groups of varying quantities. In various embodiments, the system includes a singulating and counting module operable to singulate and count a plurality of objects from a large volume of the objects. Additionally, the system includes a diverter and accumulator module operable to receive the singulated objects, parse the objects into groups of varying quantities, and direct each group into a selected one of a plurality of discharge funnels. Furthermore, the system includes an object collection module operable to sequentially position each one of a plurality of object collection receptacles adjacent the discharge funnels such that each group of objects is deposited into a respective corresponding one of the object collection receptacles.

摘要： Material handling solutions for a mobile conveyor vehicle are provided. In one aspect, a vehicle having an infeed and output conveyor is provided, one of the conveyors being mounted non-rotatably to the vehicle and positioned by rotation-in-place of the vehicle via four wheel steering. In another aspect, a dust control cover for a telescoping conveyor is provided, having a pair of flexible flaps which are parted by a plough-shaped chute which travels through a gap between the flaps and delivers material to the lower conveyor section. In another aspect, a hydraulic fluid transmission system for a mobile conveyor vehicle is provided which makes use of at least one hollow structural element to route the hydraulic fluid. The structural member may radiate heat from the fluid for example to melt snow on the vehicle structure.
