摘要： The present disclosure is generally directed to a drug delivery device for selecting and dispensing a number of user variable doses of a medicament. The device comprises a housing and at least two separate component parts, wherein for example at least one of these component parts performs a movement relative to the housing during dose setting and for example at least one of these component parts performs a movement relative to the housing during dose dispensing, and wherein the relative movement of the at least two separate component parts with respect to each other during dose setting differs from the relative movement of the at least two separate component parts with respect to each other during dose dispensing. The device further comprises a monitoring device, wherein at least one component part of the device is diaphanous to allow optical detection of the movements of the at least two separate component parts relative to the housing, relative to the monitoring device and/or relative to each other during dose setting and/or during dose dispensing by the monitoring device.

摘要： The present invention relates to a torsion spring driven injection device for delivering multiple set doses of a liquid drug from a cartridge by moving a plunger forward inside the cartridge. The torsion spring (134) applies a rotational torque onto a drive member (120) engaging a piston rod (115) which is then driven forward by this rotation. The piston rod driver can be coupled and de-coupled from the torsion spring mechanism. In the de-coupled position, the piston rod driver is freely rotatable and can thus rotate if the piston rod is moved axially. A further torsion arrangement (124) is preferably provided such that a torque is build up between the piston rod driver and the housing whenever the piston rod is moved backwards. This torsion arrangement urges the piston rod driver to rotate in a direction bringing the piston rod forward into abutment with the plunger.

摘要： The present invention relates in a first aspect to a multi-state ratchet mechanism for a drug injection device. The multi-state ratchet mechanism comprises a ratchet gear member and a cooperating ratchet pawl member. An annular inner surface of the ratchet gear member comprises a first ring shaped surface portion with a first predetermined cross-sectional profile comprising a first asymmetrical toothing arranged at a first axial position of the inner annular surface. The annular inner surface of the ratchet gear member further comprises a second ring shaped surface portion arranged at a second axial position of the inner surface axially spaced apart from the first axial position. The second ring shaped surface portion comprises a second predetermined cross-sectional profile differing from the first predetermined cross-sectional profile. The ratchet pawl member is axially displaceable between the first ring shaped surface portion and the second ring shaped surface portion to provide first and second operating states, respectively, of the multi-state ratchet mechanism. The first operational state of the multi-state ratchet mechanism provides unidirectional rotation between the ratchet gear member and the ratchet pawl member in a first direction. The present multi-state ratchet mechanism is particularly suitable for drug injection devices such as user operated drug injection devices for administration of insulin for treating diabetes.

摘要： The present invention relates to a torsion spring based automatic injection device for apportioning set doses of a liquid drug and which injection device is provided with an End-of-Dose feedback mechanism providing a user with an audible signal once the set dose has been injected. During injection, the scale drum rotates back to its “zero” position under influence of the torsion spring. This rotation is halted shortly before reaching the “zero” position by stopping means. The scale drum is thereafter only allowed to continue rotation and thus reach the “zero” position once the torque applied to the scale drum by the torsion spring surpasses a threshold value.

摘要： The present disclosure is generally directed to a drug delivery device for selecting and dispensing a number of user variable doses of a medicament. The device comprises a housing, a dose selector operable to set a dose by rotation relative to the housing, a number sleeve arranged within the housing, a drive sleeve which is rotationally constrained to the housing during dose setting and dose correcting and which is rotatable relative to the housing during dose dispensing, a piston rod coupled to the housing and to the drive sleeve a drive spring arranged between the housing and the number sleeve, and a ratchet operatively arranged between the drive sleeve and the number sleeve. According to the disclosure the ratchet comprises at least one clicker arm of one of the number sleeve and the drive sleeve and ratchet teeth of the other of the number sleeve and the drive sleeve.
