    • The invention relates to low-solvent, thermosetting reactive polyurethane coating compositions which are particularly resistant to light, oxidation and hydrolysis, do not crystallize or harden and comprise the following components:(A) a ketoxime-blocked NCO-prepolymer of1. 1 mole of 2- to 4-functional, relatively high molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds comprising a polyester polycarbonate based on ester glycols of .epsilon.-caprolactone and 1,6-hexane diol;2. about 0.1 to 1.2 moles of low molecular weight polyols containing bis-carbazinic ester polyols corresponding to the following general formula ##STR1## in which R is a straight-chain and/or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkylene or hydroxyl-substituted alkylene radical, and low molecular weight diols and triols preferably containing tertiary amino groups, and3. aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates in an NCO/OH ratio of from about 1.5:1 to 6:1 and4. ketoximes;(B) aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic polyamines containing at least two primary amino groups and(C) up to about 40% by weight of organic solvents.The invention also relates to a process for producing the low-solvent reactive coating compositions and to their use for coating substrates by the direct, reverse and/or matrix coating process.

    • The present invention relates to lacquer polyisocyanates which contain about 0 to 8% free isocyanate groups, about 10 to 28% blocked isocyanate groups and about 2 to 10% of the structural units, --NH--NH--CO--O, all percentages based on the weight of the polyisocyanates, but excluding the weight of the blocking agent. Also provided is a process for preparing these polyisocyanates which comprises reacting about 10 to 30 mol % of the isocyanate groups of an organic polyisocyanate with reaction products which have (i) alcoholic hydroxyl groups and (ii) structural units of the formula, --O--CO--NH--NH--CO--O--, and/or of the formula H.sub.2 N--NH--CO--O--, with the formation of urethane groups and optionally groups corresponding to the formula, --NH--NH--CO--O--, and reacting about 50 to 90 mol % of the isocyanate groups of the organic polyisocyanate with a blocking agent. The reaction products containing alcoholic hydroxyl groups are obtained by reacting 1 mol of hydrazine or of hydrazine hydrate with about 1 to 2 mols of a cyclic carbonate. A final object of the present invention is the use of the new lacquer polyisocyanates as the isocyanate component in thermosetting, two-component polyurethane lacquers.

    • The present invention relates to thermosetting two-component coating compositions containing(A) a prepolymer having an average molecular weight of from 1,000 to 15,000 having an average of from 2 to 4 ketoxime-blocked aromatic isocyanate groups;(B) a crosslinking agent corresponding to the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 independently represent hydrogen or C.sub.1 - to C.sub.3 -alkyl groups with the proviso that if R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 all are hydrogen, 75% of the diamine have the cis,cis-structure and optionally(C) pigments, fillers blowing agents or other known additives. The equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to NH.sub.2 groups is from about 1.35:1 to about 0.95:1, and the coating composition contains not more than about 15% by weight of organic solvents and is free from aqueous polymer dispersions or solutions. The coating compositions may be applied to substrates by the direct or reverse process and may be applied as a top coat, adhesive coat or foam coat.
