An exemplary optocoupler comprises a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, a plurality of optoelectronic dice for one or more optocouplers disposed on the substrate's first surface, and a plurality of optoelectronic dice for one or more optocouplers disposed on the substrate's second surface. The substrate may comprise a pre-molded leadframe, and electrical connections between optoelectronic dice on opposite surfaces of the substrate may be made via one or more leads of the leadframe.

The catalysts of the invention generally comprise (i) nickel or a nickel-containing compound and (ii) at least one or more of titanium (Ti), tantalum (Ta), niobium (Nb), hafnium (Hf), tungsten (W), yttrium (Y), zinc (Zn), zirconium (Zr), or aluminum (Al), or a compound containing one or more of such element(s). In preferred embodiments, the catalyst is a supported catalyst, the alkane is selected from the group consisting of ethane, propane, isobutane, n-butane and ethyl chloride, molecular oxygen is co-fed with the alkane to a reaction zone maintained at a temperature ranging from about 250° C. to about 350° C., and the ethane is oxidatively dehydrogenated to form the corresponding alkene with an alkane conversion of at least about 10% and an alkene selectivity of at least about 70%.

The premolded substrate includes a first premolded substrate surface and a second premolded substrate surface. A second semiconductor die is stacked on the second premolded substrate surface of the premolded substrate. A housing material is on at least a portion of the second semiconductor die and the second premolded substrate surface of the premolded substrate. One of the first semiconductor die and the second semiconductor die includes a transistor while the other includes an integrated circuit.

摘要： In a compression stroke and an exhaust stroke, a part of a mixture in a downstream intake passage 30b is introduced through a branch intake passage 50a into a crank chamber 20. The mixture introduced into the crank chamber 20 flows into a valve chamber 16 during the expansion stroke and the intake stroke. From which it flows back to an intake port 9 through a circulation passage 71, and is eventually charged into a combustion chamber 7 during the intake stroke. As the mixture passes through a first communicating passage 55 which allows fluid communication between the crank chamber 20 and the valve chamber 16, a gasoline component which is vaporized with comparative easy is vaporized by a heat released from a cylinder block 3 so that the mixture is separated into the lubricating oil and gasoline components.

摘要： The chlorine content in a chlorinated hydrocarbon in the presence or absence of air and moisture can be reduced by bringing the chlorinated hydrocarbon into contact with a dechlorination reagent which comprises (i) a complex of a substantially nontoxic metal having at least two oxidation states and (ii) a reducing agent which reductively returns the complex from its second oxidation step to its first oxidation stage. A representative embodiment involves bis-(.eta..sup.5 -cyclopentadienyl)titanium dichloride and sodium tetrahydridoborate.
