摘要： PET signals are amplified in a hybrid PET/MR system. An amplifier structure is provided for operation in the magnetic field of the MR magnets. By filtering to remove signals at the MR frequency (e.g., about 123 MHz) as part of the amplification circuit, the amplification circuit may be positioned within the RF cabin, within the magnetic field, and even within a same housing as the MR magnets. MR interference may be reduced by staged amplification. The filtering may be bi-directional, such as using parallel and series traps. Digitization of the PET signals may be provided within the magnetic field with no or little interference with MR operation.

摘要： A printed circuit board (PCB) assembly of a data processing unit for an integrated magnetic resonance (MR) and positron emission tomography (PET) system, the PCB assembly includes a plurality of PCB layers disposed in a stacked arrangement, first and second PET signal processing circuits carried by a first layer of the plurality of PCB layers, first and second ground plane structures carried by a second layer of the plurality of PCB layers and configured relative to the first and second PET signal processing circuits, respectively, and a ground partition that separates the first PET signal processing circuit from the second PET signal processing circuit on the first layer. The ground partition extends through the first layer to provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding between the first and second PET signal processing circuits.

The generic Zmap is then corrected for linearity by use of a dot pattern. The listmode data is used to construct an energy histogram matrix. A twin Zmap is then obtained by optimizing the lower and upper boundaries of the energy window for each pixel in relation to the average energy over the Center Field of View.

摘要： A circuit board which has a high speed digital circuit in close proximity to a sensitive analog structure has a grounded, conductive band interposed between them and a ground plane with two separate, grounded portions, with a first of the portions underlying the digital circuit and a second portion underlying the analog structure. In an exemplary embodiment, the circuit board has a high density of analog-to-digital converter integrated circuits, each with two analog input signals and ten parallel high speed digital output signals corresponding to each input signal. A grounded, conductive band is placed on the board between the inputs and outputs of the integrated circuit, and a ground plane is provide which has separate, interleaved analog and digital areas, with the digital area underlying only portions of the board having digital signals and structures and the analog area underlying only portions of the board having analog signals and structures.
