摘要： A information processing apparatus and method is disclosed wherein an image of a predetermined region can be picked up and a desired moving body in the predetermined region can be tracked readily to pick up an image of the moving body. A sensor image acquisition module acquires a sensor image. A moving body detection module detects moving bodies existing in a predetermined region based on the sensor image. A tracking object designation module designates one of the detected moving bodies. When a moving body is designated by the tracking object designation module, an image pickup mode changeover module sets the image pickup mode to a continuous tracking mode in which the designated moving body is tracked to pick up an image of the moving body. The invention can be applied, for example, to a monitoring system.

The turbulence is allowed to occur at the throttled portion to make it possible to improve the gas diffusion performance.

摘要： A first end plate of a fuel cell stack has a coolant supply manifold and a coolant discharge manifold. The coolant supply manifold includes a pair of manifold sections and a supply coupling section coupling upper portions of the pair of supply manifold sections. The pair of supply manifold sections communicate with a pair of coolant supply passages of the first end plate. A coolant supply pipe is coupled to a lower end of one of the supply manifold sections with an inclination of a predetermined angle from a vertical direction toward a horizontal direction.
