    • The invention relates to an apparatus for coating hollow bodies, e.g. plastic drinks bottles. It is an object of the invention to provide an apparatus for treating workpieces which operates reliably and with low maintenance, can be flexibly adapted to the user's requirements or to the requirements of the desired process sequence, and which allows efficient evacuation. The apparatus according to the invention comprises at least one treatment device (101) for receiving at least one workpiece, a rotor on which the treatment device is arranged, a fluid rotary leadthrough for feeding at least one fluid onto the rotor and/or for discharging at least one fluid from the rotor, the fluid rotary leadthrough having a journal and a sleeve, which at least in sections are sealed off from one another, and the journal being arranged rotatably in the sleeve. The proposed radial arrangement is particularly unsusceptible to faults and entails little maintenance.

    • A laser apparatus with a laser oscillator and a subsequently connected la intensifier which has an inlet region for the laser beam to be intensified coming from the laser oscillator and an outlet for the intensified laser beam and which is provided with a folding mirror that lies opposite to the inlet region for the laser beam to be intensified. The inlet region for the laser beam to be intensified is an opening in a further folding mirror which is located opposite to the other folding mirror. The outlet for the intensified laser beam likewise is an opening in one of the two folding mirrors. The opening width of the inlet opening and the outlet opening in relation to the mirror surface of the particular folding mirror is small. The cross section of the laser beam inside the laser intensifier is at least partially greater by a multiple than in the region of the inlet opening and outlet opening. In a region externally of the laser intensifier before respectively after the respective opening there is arranged a partially permeable respectively reflecting mirror so that the laser intensifier operates as a laser oscillator. The laser oscillator is integrated in the laser intensifier.

    • A bottom for a fluidized bed conveyor is composed of a plurality of members provided with openings and located in contact with each other so that their points of contact are gas impermeable at least during operation of a fluidized bed. The openings may be formed as circumferentially closed holes and/or as laterally open recesses. The members may laterally abut against each other, or may be provided with interengaging lateral projections. The members may be located so that at cold temperatures small intermediate spaces remain therebetween, which spaces are closed during operation as a result of thermal expansion of the members under the action of high working temperatures. Bracing element or elements may be provided which urge the members toward one another.
