摘要： In the event that the brake pedal and accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously, powertrain output is decreased monotonically with brake pedal input. In a lower range of brake pedal input, the brakes are prevented from actuating or are allowed to actuate minimally. In a higher range of pedal input, the powertrain output continues to be decreased and the brakes are allowed to actuate. In yet another higher range of pedal input, the powertrain output is substantially decreased such that a minimal powertrain output is achieved. The powertrain may include an internal combustion engine and/or an electric motor. The brake pedal input is determined based on a sensor associated with the brake pedal, the brake booster, or the master cylinder.

摘要： A security apparatus for preventing unauthorized disengagement of a charging connector from a charge port of an electric vehicle, for example during the battery charging process. A lock member is disposed on the electric vehicle and is movable between a locked position wherein it inhibits disengagement of the charging connector from the charge port and an unlocked position wherein it allows disengagement of the connector from the port. A locking actuator located adjacent to the charge port is manually actuatable to move the lock member to the locked position. An unlock actuator disposed inside a vehicle cabin is manually actuatable to move the lock member to the unlocked position. This ensures that only a person with access to the interior of the vehicle can unlock and disengage the charging connector from the vehicle.

Partial fuel injector cut off is avoided to reduce or eliminate associated NVH by adjusting a misfire torque limit to the expected or estimated engine torque produced during operation at the fixed throttle position until the requested torque results in complete fuel cut off to all cylinders.

摘要： A control scheme is disclosed for performing both an adaption routine and carbon canister purging. In adaption, parameters for estimating air-fuel ratio from flow sensors and actuators are adjusted against an air-fuel ratio under closed-loop control using an EGO sensor. The two processes cannot run simultaneously. In vehicles in which the engine is operating from the time of key on until key off, the adaption occurs shortly after starting and then periodically thereafter. In vehicles in which the engine is turned on and off frequently such as with HEVs, the adaption routine may be run every time the engine is turned on, which is more frequent than necessary and doesn't allow enough time for purging. According to the disclosed control scheme, the time since last adaption and time in adaption is saved when the engine is turned off so that the adaption routine is conducted only when needed.
