摘要： An on-board charging/discharging system includes a bidirectional converter and a low-voltage converter. When the high-voltage battery is charged or discharged by the bidirectional converter, the bidirectional converter is operated in a variable-frequency mode and the low-voltage converter is also operated in the variable-frequency mode. The on/off states of different switches are controlled according to the output gain of the bidirectional converter, and thus the on-board charging/discharging system has optimized volume and reduced cost. Moreover, the soft switching is achieved when the output gain is lower than 1, greater than 1 or equal to 1. Consequently, the efficiency of the on-board charging/discharging system is enhanced. Moreover, while the low-voltage converter is operated in a fixed-frequency mode, the first bridge of the bidirectional converter is correspondingly controlled. Consequently, the voltage of the bus capacitor is within a reasonable range.

The heat-dissipation module includes an thermal conductive insulating sheet adhered to the heat-dissipation wall and an elastic clamp. When the mother board approaches the housing to clamp the power device in the accommodating space between the elastic clamp and the thermal conductive insulating sheet, the power device is pressed against by the elastic clamp and thus adhered to the thermal conductive insulating sheet, so that the power device is thermally coupled to the heat-dissipation wall and the coolant runner via the thermal conductive insulating sheet.

If the AC charging power is three-phase, the first module converts a first phase of the AC charging power, and the first auxiliary bridge arm and the second auxiliary bridge arm are disabled. Consequently, the second module converts a second phase of the AC charging power, and the third module converts a third phase of the AC charging power. If the AC charging power is single-phase, at least a first module is used to convert the AC charging power.

摘要： The present invention discloses a control method and a control apparatus for a Flyback circuit. The Flyback circuit includes a primary switch, a secondary rectifier unit, a transformer and an output capacitor. The secondary rectifier unit includes a first terminal and a second terminal, which are electrically connected to the transformer and the output capacitor, respectively. In the control method for a Flyback circuit, after the secondary rectifier unit is controlled to be turned on once or twice according to the input voltage and/or output power of the Flyback, the primary switch is turned on to achieve the zero-voltage-switching. According to the invention, the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of the primary switch can be achieved under the entire input voltage range and the entire load range without adding additional power devices.

摘要： A multi-level conversion circuit and a control method for flying capacitor voltage thereof are provided. In the multi-level conversion circuit, each flying capacitor is connected between a common connection node of the lower switches connected therewith and a common connection node of the upper switches connected therewith. 摘要： The invention discloses a converter adaptable to a wide range output voltage and a control method thereof. The converter comprises a PWM half-bridge circuit. The control method comprises the steps of: controlling the PWM half-bridge circuit to enter into a discontinuous conduction mode by regulating a switching frequency; when the PWM half-bridge circuit is operated in the discontinuous conduction mode, oscillation occurs among the output inductor, a magnetizing inductor of the transformer and a parasitic capacitor of the PWM half-bridge circuit, and when a center point voltage of the primary switching bridge arm reaches a valley or a peak, turning on the corresponding power switch. The invention reduces switching loss by controlling the corresponding power switch in the PWM half-bridge circuit to turn on when a voltage across the power switch is oscillated to valley.
