    • The present invention relates to methods and systems for evaluating insider financial transaction data in which a transaction score is determined for an insider transaction using one or more attributes of public insider financial transaction data. The transaction score can be used for determining a value or ranking for a company, industry or individual. For example, the value can be a positive indication indicating that the transaction score has a positive value relating a buy value or the value can be a negative indication indicating that the transaction score has a negative value relating to a sell value. According to one embodiment, one or more attributes are used for determining the transaction score and the attributes can be weighted differently. Example attributes include type of the insider transaction, size of the insider transaction, position of an insider making the insider transaction and percentage of change of ownership of an insider after the insider transaction. Various displays or reports can be generated for displaying the transaction score and one or more selected fields of information directed to the public insider financial data.

    • A plug gauge for testing the mouth of a container includes a spring carried by a support, a rod having one end coupled to the spring, and a gauge plug coupled to the other end of the rod. A control mechanism supports the rod and is coupled to an electric motor. Motion of the control mechanism by the motor lowers the rod and plug into the container mouth under force of the spring, and thereafter lifts the rod and plug out of the container mouth. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the spring takes the form of an air spring. A stripper is operatively coupled to the control mechanism in the preferred embodiment of the invention for lowering against the container mouth, as the rod and plug are lowered by the spring and the motor, for holding the container mouth as the rod and plug are lifted from the container mouth. At least one sensor is coupled to the spring in the preferred embodiment of the invention, and is responsive to position of the end of the rod for determining penetration of the plug into the container mouth.

    • An improved, self-contained, obstacle detector assembly and alert system consisting of a weather resistant housing unit, a proximity probe frictionally attached to the front end of a rod positioned within a rod guide. Inside the detector assembly housing, the rod is connected to return spring, electrical switching mechanism, battery pack, and alarm system. When the impact probe encounters an obstacle, the rod is pushed into the housing and depresses a mechanical switching lever that contacts the ground plan effectively closing an electrical circuit activating the alarm thus alerting the operator that an obstacle has been encountered.The primary objective of the invention is to provide an improved obstacle detector and alarm system that ALERTS the operator of modern motor vehicles of the immediate proximity of a curb, parking block, roof overhang, or similar impediment prior to impact.

In one embodiment, a position determining component is used to determine the geographic position of a handheld electronic device. An azimuth determination component determines an azimuth from the handheld electronic device to an object. An incline measurement device measures the vertical angle between the handheld electronic device and the object. Finally, based upon the geographic position, azimuth, and vertical angle of the handheld electronic device a database is automatically accessed wherein a description of the object is stored.

The modular security cage includes multiple frame panels with multiple coupling tabs extending within the cage and from each of the multiple frame panels.
