摘要： The present invention relates to an oil soft gel sheet for application to the skin, which can be suitably used to allow an active ingredient to be absorbed into the skin or the human body through the skin. The oil soft gel sheet is in the form of a monolayer structure in view of cost versus effect and simple handling, has the release ability of a relatively large amount of oil components (including an active ingredient and its carrier), a suitable degree of skin adhesion, good stability with time, effect persistence after removal, and little skin stickiness after removal. The oil soft gel sheet is formed of a base comprising ethyl cellulose and one or two or more plasticizers, in which the weight ratio of ethyl cellulose to the plasticizers is 1-30:99-70. The plasticizer is preferably castor oil, and the base contains a component effective for the skin or human body, and may, if necessary, contain at least one selected from polyhydric alcohol, a surfactant and a silicon derivative.

摘要： A cable broadcast receiver includes a host device and a cable card which is detachably inserted into the host device. The cable card receives an OOB signal from the host device and parses a new SI table from the OOB signal. The new SI table contains a first CRC code. The host device includes a memory and a controller. The memory pre-stores a channel list which is generated based on a previous SI table containing a second CRC code. The controller receives the new SI table from the cable card, and updates the pre-stored channel list based on the new SI table when there is a difference between the first and second CRC codes. The previous and new SI tables may correspond to Profile 1 service information and may include SVCTs or NITs.

摘要： A method of controlling uplink transmission power to reduce interference in a wireless communication system comprises establishing an uplink communication through an uplink dedicated channel between a user equipment and a base station, wherein the base station is operationally connected to a radio network controller. The method also comprises receiving a scheduling command from the base station for controlling transmission power of the user equipment, wherein the scheduling command is determined from scheduling information comprising transmission power information received from the radio network controller, the transmission power information being determined in response to information associated with at least one user equipment that is in soft handover relationship with another base station. The method also comprises controlling uplink data transmission in response to the scheduling command.

摘要： A system for and a method of providing an integrated communications and broadcasting service are provided. This system includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter RF-multiplexes a CATV broadcasting signal and a satellite broadcasting signal, converts the RF-multiplexed broadcasting signal into an RF-multiplexed broadcasting optical signal having a predetermined wavelength, multiplexes the broadcasting optical signal with an Internet data signal, and transmits an integrated communications and broadcasting optical signal via a predetermined optical fiber. The receiver receives the integrated communications and broadcasting optical signal from the transmitter, demultiplexes the received signal according to a wavelength band to separate the received signal into the broadcasting optical signal and the Internet data signal, separates the broadcasting optical signal into the CATV broadcasting signal and the satellite broadcasting signal using the difference between wavelength bands of the CATV broadcasting signal and the satellite broadcasting signal, and transports the separated signals to appropriate terminals.
