    • Systems, methods and programs for determining a question posed to a user during a user authentication process are provided. An example of a method for determining the question comprises obtaining user commercial activity, storing the user commercial activity by activity type, generating a set of candidate questions for a user based upon the user commercial activity, each candidate question in the set of candidate questions is associated with a score, selecting one candidate question from the set of the candidate questions based upon a first selection criteria, detecting a vendor placement opportunity in the selected candidate question by analyzing the user commercial activity and adding a vendor name into the selected candidate question based upon the detecting. The user commercial activity can be user purchases of goods and services from corresponding vendors. Lost Opportunities for the placement of an advertisement are detected and recorded.

    • A system and method for a reactive and personalized exposure of user context to a third party comprises information sources, a context discovery module providing the user context based on the information sources, an identification module obtaining an identity of the third party, a personalization engine, and a rendering system rendering and forwarding a reply to the third party, wherein if the identification module obtains the identity, the personalization engine creates a personalized message in accordance with the user context and the identity and the reply is the personalized message, and if the identification module does not find the identity, the reply is a generic message. The context discovery module and the identification module can each comprise an inferencing engine. The inferencing engine can be associated with a policy engine. Policy engines can be associated with each module and/or engine. The personalization engine can comprise a database of special messages.

    • The present invention captures streaming data and avoids continual retrieval. The invention only looks at data once, has a time dependency built into it, and data that is not consumed or relevant is discarded. The invention includes an engine processor that processes data according to stored information; stored rules that define engine operation, an input events module for receiving events which provides a plurality of events. Events are processed according to stored rules for generating a series of valid results when input events match the rules. Rule states that have been matched to an input event but have not produced a valid result are stored in state storage. The state of a rule as stored enables the engine to provide a valid result output upon a future reception of an input event necessary to complete the rule. Transaction log module monitors the operation of the engine for specified time period.
