    • A method and device for displaying an underwater detection image is provided, in which an ultrasonic signal having a predetermined beam width is periodically transmitted underwater, receives a signal reflected on a detection target object which moves underwater, generates information on the detection target object based on the received signal, and displays the information on a display module. The method includes periodically detecting the detection target object and a position thereof based on the received signal, coupling the same detection target objects by associating the same based on the detection target object and the position periodically detected, and associating a displacement symbol corresponding to a change in a position of the detection target object with the coupled detection target object, and displaying the displacement symbol at the detected position of the detection target object at least on a two-dimensional position coordinates displayed in the display module.

    • A storage system includes a storage and control units. In each of the control units: a relay unit relays access to the storage; an access controller accesses the storage through one of the relay unit in the control unit and the relay unit in another of the control units; and an operational-state controller determines whether or not the relay unit in the above-mentioned another control unit is usable when the operational-state controller detects occurrence of an abnormality in the above-mentioned another control unit, and makes the above-mentioned another control unit transition to a partially-operational state when the relay unit in the above-mentioned another control unit is usable. In the partially-operational state, at least the access controller in the above-mentioned another control unit is not in operation and the access controller in the control unit can access the storage through the relay unit in the above-mentioned another control unit.

    • A battery cell comprising a battery housing case formed with a through hole communicating with an interior space, a hollow rivet, and a seal rubber. The hollow rivet has a seal surface annularly extending outside the battery housing case, and a hollow portion formed with an exhaust port continuous to the inner edge of the seal surface and positioned at the through hole to allow gas in the interior space to flow out through the exhaust port. The seal rubber has a contact unit extending annularly facing the seal surface to press the seal surface and is provided so as to close the exhaust port. The contact unit is formed to project toward the seal surface so as to contact the seal surface at a position away from the inner edge of the seal surface. Such an arrangement prevents an electrolyte leakage over a long period of time.
