摘要： A pressure regulator comprising a housing having an inlet in communication with a gas source, an outlet operable to supply a gas at a given pressure and flow rate, a conduit extending between the inlet and the outlet, a restriction device located in the conduit and positionable to control the flow of gas therethrough, a biasing arrangement to apply a predetermined bias to the restriction device and a selection device operable to select one of a predetermined plurality of discrete, offset configurations of the biasing arrangement and restriction device to provide a discrete selection of gas pressures at said outlet. The outlet comprises a fixed-size orifice selected from a specific group of fixed-sized orifices such that the combination of orifice and selectable position of said selection device provide a group of discrete flow rate/pressure combinations to applications downstream of said outlet.

摘要： There is provided a protection structure for a gas cylinder assembly comprising a gas cylinder body and a valve. The gas cylinder body includes a base and a neck to which a proximal end of the valve is connectable in use. The protection structure comprises first and second structural sections, the first section being connectable to the valve such that the second section is spaced from the valve by the first section. Further, in use, the second section is arranged to transfer impact forces to the first section, and the second section is arranged to deform with respect to the second section in response to said impact forces to reduce the peak impact force on the valve.

The chair back has the appearance of a unitary molded panel, but is formed from multiple mold shots which preferably are performed at multiple stations on a mold tool. By providing multiple mold shots and selected materials to form different areas of the chair back, different performance characteristics are generated including the provision of a peripheral frame providing structural rigidity to the chair back, a lumbar support panel which provides localized support to the lumbar region of the chair occupant, and a thin sheet-like support panel extending between the frame and enclosing the interior region defined between the peripheral frame to provide a more flexible and pliant surface providing more comfortable contact with the occupant's back.

摘要： An operation of drilling an earth borehole uses a drilling rig, a drill string of drill pipes having its generally upper end mechanically coupleable with and suspendable from the drilling rig, a drive string portion of the drill string, mechanically coupleable with the topmost drill pipe of said drill string, and a drive mechanism mechanically coupleable with the drive string for rotating the drive string and the drill string. A system for generating electric power in the region of the drive string includes an electric generator, which includes a rotating generator component mounted on said drive string for rotation therewith and a stationary generator component mounted on a stationary portion of the drilling rig. The rotating generator component produces electric power in the region of the drive string.
