摘要： A hybrid golf club having a hollow club head construction including a lightweight composite core inserted into a club head cavity and juxtaposed against a front face by compressed gas to provide support to the front face therein. The core material is less dense and having greater flexibility than the front face. The front face has a variable stiffness so as to create a variable Coefficient of Restitution (COR) across the face, therein normalizing the hitting area over a greater portion of the face. The composite core supports the front face to provide a COR from about 0.8 in the middle of the face to about 0.9 in the outer section. The body of the club head has at least one opening wherein the composite core is visible and provides the shell for that portion of the club head. The composite core comprises a plurality of unidirectional layers with horizontal oriented layers alternating with vertical oriented layers to provide extra strength.

摘要： The expression vectors and methods using an E. coli expression system for the large scale production of IL-21 are described. The vectors utilize the IL-21 coding sequence with specific changes in nucleotides in order to optimize codons and mRNA secondary structure for translation in E. coli. Using the expression vectors, the IL-21 gene was produced in E. coli to a level of greater than 1 g/L in fed batch fermentation. Also included are OmpT deficient E. coli strains transformed with an IL-21 expression vector.

The access point includes authentication and authorization logic that determines if a guest is authorized to request Internet access, and the level of the guest's privileges. The authentication and authorization logic may be configured by a host to identify multiple privilege levels and the usage permitted for each privilege level. If a guest is unauthenticated, or if a guest requests a usage exceeding that guest's privilege level, then the access point provides basic services or a basic screen to the guest.
