摘要： A nanosynthesis apparatus includes an outer tube and an inner tube with surfaces that oppose each other across a gap as part of a reaction chamber. A deposition fluid flows along the reaction chamber to grow nanostructures such as graphene or carbon nanotubes on a substrate in the reaction chamber. The reaction chamber may have an annular cross-section, and the growth substrate may wrap around the inner tube in a helical manner. This configuration can allow a flexible film substrate to travel through the reaction chamber along a path that is significantly longer than the length of the reaction chamber while maintaining a uniform gap between the substrate and the reaction chamber wall, which can facilitate a uniform temperature distribution and fluid composition across the width of the substrate.

摘要： Disclosed are methods and apparatus for masking of substrates for deposition, and subsequent lifting of the mask with deposited material. Masking materials are utilized that can be used in high temperatures and vacuum environment. The masking material has minimal outgassing once inside a vacuum chamber and withstand the temperatures during deposition process. The mask is inkjeted over the wafers and, after deposition, removed using agitation, such as ultrasonic agitation, or using laser burn off.

The spray gun (31) is mounted to a support holder (33), and the support holder (33) is connected to a support arm (35) of the multi-function unit (32). The support arm (35) is attached to a unit cover (36) which is openable/closable with respect to a casing (2). The support holder (33) and the support arm (35) can hide and house a liquid hose and an air hose therein so that the hoses and the like are arranged in an apparatus in such a state as to be completely free from being exposed. An installation position of the spray gun (31) can be finely adjusted by the multi-function unit (32) during a coating process, thereby enabling a control for keeping constant distances between tablet surfaces and the spray gun (31).

摘要： Tubular structures, for example pipes, are coated at least in an interior thereof with a nickel containing coating via at least one distribution manifold with ports which are received in the interior of the tubular structure. An electroless nickel coating solution may be pumped or supplied via gravity feed to the distribution manifold. The tubular structure may concurrently be immersed in electroless nickel coating solution in a tank. A second distribution manifold may deliver electroless nickel coating solution to the interior of the tubular structure in an opposite direction from the first. The two distribution manifolds may be used as part of a support structure to lift or move the tubular structure. Additional tanks may hold other solutions, for instance cleaning solutions, etching solutions and rinses.

摘要： A method, a kit, and an apparatus provide a coating on an implantable medical device. The apparatus includes housing, a sealed reservoir chamber disposed in the housing, a reducing template, and a reservoir access port. The sealed reservoir contains the coating material. The reducing template is sized to receive a medical device therethrough for application of the coating material. A seal breaching mechanism can be provided and adapted to breach the sealed reservoir upon activation of the apparatus. The reservoir access port, which is disposed in the housing, is adapted to fluidly couple the reducing template with the reservoir chamber upon activation of the apparatus for coating the medical device.
