摘要： A method of manufacturing a grounding connection is disclosed that comprises assembling a non-ferrous grounding connector to a non-ferrous part, and melting brazing material between the grounding connector and the part to secure the grounding connector to the part. The step of assembling the connector to the part may be performed by clinching the connector to the part. The ground connector may comprise a nut secured to the vehicle body by a clinch joint and a deposit of braze metal applied to the nut at the location of the clinch joint. Alternatively, the ground connector for a vehicle body may comprise a nut defining an opening for receiving a fastener and a deposit of brazing material attaching the nut to the vehicle body.

One of the pair of plate-shaped holding sections has a band-shaped recess on an outer surface of an intermediate region between the folded-back section and the opposite edge section, the band-shaped recess being band-shaped by being more strongly crimped to the sheet material than other parts.

摘要： A connection which is reproducible, uniform and reliable both for intermediate and terminal connections of a conductor layer wiring loom, by making provision for simultaneous crimping of the conductors in connectors by applying continuous and uniform pressure in a crimping zone. The crimping is carried out by a tool including two shells, each shell including a main wall that forms an inner face including transverse ribs and end edges folded over perpendicularly relative to the walls to define an inner space. In the inner space, a connector of non-insulated conductors arranged perpendicularly relative to the ribs is introduced to form transverse grooves by compression of the ribs on the walls of the connector. The tool can find use in current return networks of aircraft passenger cabins having composite skin.
