    • Provided is a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device capable of performing a writing action for a memory cell at high speed. The device includes a memory cell array having a first sub-bank and a second sub-bank each having a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells arranged in a form of a matrix; a row decoder shared by the first sub-bank and the second sub-bank; a first column decoder and a second column decoder provided in the first sub-bank and the second sub-bank, respectively; and a control circuit arranged to execute alternately a first action cycle to perform a programming action in the first sub-bank and a reading action for a programming verifying action in the second sub-bank and a second action cycle to perform the reading action for the programming verifying action in the first sub-bank and the programming action in the second sub-bank.

    • A sheet feed mechanism utilizing a continuous form sheet, with a plurality of equally spaced sprocket holes formed on both side edges thereof in the direction along a straight sheet feed path, is fed between a photoconductive member and transfer member. Each side of the sheet feed mechanism includes an endless tractor belt looped between two feed rollers disposed upstream and downstream of the transfer member, respectively. In one aspect, engaging pins are provided on the circumferential surface of the feed rollers and engaging holes on the tractor belt spaced at the same interval as the holes of the continuous form sheet, to feed the sheet by engagement of the engaging pins and the sprocket holes through the engaging holes. In another aspect, the endless belt is provided with the engaging pins and a regulation member for moving the tractor belt such that a portion of its upper part is separated from the photoconductive member.

    • A control section determines a driving state of a vehicle and controls first and second solenoid valves on the basis of the determined driving state. An oil passage length of a second oil discharge passage is shorter than that of a first oil discharge passage and a discharge end of the second oil discharge passage is opened at a lower position than that of the first oil discharge passage. The control section derives hydraulic oil, discharged from an oil chamber via a first shift valve, to the first oil discharge passage by means of a second shift valve when it is determined that the driving state is one during normal driving.
