    • Provided is a microphone capable of reducing a plane area seen from above, and further increasing a capacity of a back chamber of an acoustic sensor. An interposer 52 is mounted on a top surface of a circuit board 43, and an acoustic sensor 51 is mounted on the top surface thereof. A signal processing circuit 53 is accommodated in a space 70 provided in the interposer 52, and mounted on the circuit board 43. The acoustic sensor 51 is connected to the circuit board 43 through a wiring structure provided in the interposer 52. The acoustic sensor 51, the interposer 52 and the like are covered by a cover 42 put on the top surface of the circuit board 43. In the cover 42, a sound introduction hole 48 is opened in a position opposed to the front chamber of the acoustic sensor 51. The interposer 52 is formed with a ventilation notch 71 for acoustically communicating a space below a diaphragm 56 of the acoustic sensor 51 with a space inside the cover 42 and outside the interposer 52.

    • A seal mechanism that can prevent the occurrence of corrosion and abnormal discharge. The seal mechanism is disposed between first and second structural members having opposing surfaces. A first seal trench and a second seal trench are formed respectively in a first opposing surface of the first structural member and in a second opposing surface of the second structural member. A first seal member and a second seal member are housed respectively in the first and second seal trenches. The first seal member and the second seal member are brought into pressure contact with each other. These seal trenches have a first seal surface and a second seal surface from which aluminum is exposed, and further have first shut-off surface disposed between the first opposing surface and the first seal surface and a second shut-off surface disposed between the second opposing surface and the second seal surface. The first seal member has a first covering portion that covers the first shut-off surface, and the second seal member has a second covering portion that covers the second shut-off surface.

    • An ironing apparatus includes an ironing die and an ironing punch, an injection port for injecting gas or liquid to the metal plate at a high pressure to remove substance adhered to the metal plate therefrom, a suction port for sucking the adhered substance removed from the metal plate, and a protrusion mount portion with a protrusion for preventing dispersion of the gas or the liquid. An ironing method for ironing the metal plate having the single surface or both surfaces coated with the organic resin film includes the steps of injecting the gas or the liquid from the injection port to the metal plate at the high pressure to remove the adhered substance from the metal plate, and sucking and collecting the adhered substance removed from the metal plate from the suction port. The adhered substance such as the hair may be removed by the aforementioned invention.
