摘要： In designing a plurality of parts using a CAD graphics system, appellation attributes are imparted to the constituents of the respective parts such as lines, faces, etc. The position of a weld point is then designated using a pointing device such as a mouse. Subsequently, the lines, faces, etc. constituting a portion of the parts data to be coupled at the weld point are also designated by a mouse or the like. It is possible to read the appellation attributes of the parts to be coupled at the weld point from the appellation attributes imparted to the thus-designated lines, faces, etc. Thereby, the appellation attributes of the parts are imparted to the weld point.

摘要： A waving lotion for cold waving comprising:(i) a mercapto compound and (ii) an aqueous mixture obtained by heating (a) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds having the general formulae (I) to (XX), ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or an electron attractive group, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R.sub.3 is hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, or a methyl group and (b) at least one cyclodextrin selected from the group consisting of .alpha., .beta., .gamma., and .delta.-cyclodextrins in an aqueous phase at a mole ratio of (a):(b)=1:9-1:1 at a temperature of 50.degree. C. to 100.degree. C.This waving lotion has no substantial mercaptan odor and generates no substantial or less of a mercaptan odor when applied to the hair.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a grooved pipe includes a pressing step and a longitudinally displacing step. The pressing step presses a grooving tool toward an outer surface of a wall of a pipe in a radially inward direction of the pipe at a location, which is separated by a predetermined distance from an end portion of the pipe. The longitudinally displacing is performed by longitudinally displacing at least one of the grooving tool and the pipe relatively in a longitudinal direction of the pipe while pressing the grooving tool toward the outer surface of the wall of the pipe to form a groove portion, which is recessed from the outer surface of the wall of the pipe. The method is suitably used for forming an inner pipe of a double-wall pipe.

摘要： A double-wall pipe includes an outer pipe, and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe. An outer wall of the inner pipe has thereon a ridge portion, which defines a groove portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the inner pipe. The outer pipe and the inner pipe are bent to have a straight portion extending straightly, and a bend portion bent from the straight portion. In the straight portion, the outer pipe has an inside diameter that is larger than an outside diameter of an imaginary cylinder defined by an outer surface of the ridge portion of the inner pipe. Furthermore, the ridge portion of the inner pipe contacts an inside surface of the outer pipe to be readially squeezed and held by the outer pipe, in the bend portion. The double-wall pipe can be suitably used for a refrigerant cycle device.

摘要： An oil-water mixed composition is consisted of a solid or semisolid oil phase at room temperature, and a water phase which is dispersed into the oil phase. The water phase contains a humectant and is solid or semisolid at room temperature. Preferably, the oil phase contains hydrophobic silica, dextrin fatty acid ester or polyvalent alcohol oligo ester of long chain monocarboxylic acid and long chain dicarboxylic acid. The oil-water mixed composition is superior in stability with passage of time and safety. In addition, this composition has demonstrated little stickiness and sensation of unsuitability for skin, and has much emollient effect (i.e., to prevent the skin from dryness) and is persistent in preserving its emollient effect.

摘要： In order to apply pressure and heat to a sheet material as required in the manufacture of a laminated sheet material, the sheet material is conveyed in through an entrance opening of a pressure vessel, along through an interior space thereof, and out through an exit opening thereof, substantially filled with a pressure medium which is maintained at a temperature above its melting point in the interior space of the pressure vessel, but is maintained at a temperature below its melting point in the entrance and exit openings of the pressure vessel, so as to accomplish sealing in such zones by solidification of the pressure medium, whereby enabling continuously to treat a long sheet material under constant application of pressure and heat over a relatively long time period in which respective portions of the sheet material traverse the pressure vessel.
