摘要： Disclosed are a hinge assembly and a mobile device having the hinge assembly. In the mobile device, a rotation portion 14 slides and rotates on a base portion 10, so as to be inclined to the base portion 10. For this reason, the rotation portion 14 is connected to the base portion by means of the hinge assembly 20 so as to slide and rotate on the base portion 10. The rotation portion 14 slides on the base portion by a predetermined distance, and then rotates to be inclined at a desired angle with respect to the base portion 10. The rotation portion 14 easily rotates with respect to the base portion of the mobile device, so that the status of the mobile device can be easily converted. Further, when the status of the mobile device is converted, the front, rear, left and right of a display screen is not changed. As a result, the mobile device should not have a structure of changing a display direction of the display screen. Further, there is an advantage in that an electric connection between the base portion and the rotation portion by means of a connection link mechanism can be stably achieved.

A switched coupler type digital phase shifter includes: a coupling unit for receiving one input signal and generating a first signal and a second signal having 180 degree phase difference based on the received input signal; a quadrature signal generation unit for generating a third signal to a sixth signal having 90 degree phase difference to each other based on the first signal and the second signal outputted from the coupling unit; and a switching unit for selectively outputting one of the third signal to the sixth signal outputted from the quadrate signal generation unit in response to a control signal. The present invention can increased integration of the multi-bit digital phase shifter by implementing multi bit phase variant with only one phase shifter. Also, the insertion loss can be minimized.

In the capacitive micro-electro-mechanical switch for use in the radio frequency (RF) and the microwave driven by the electrostatic force, a capacitor of a 3-dimensional structure is formed on a signal transmission line. An ON capacitance is increased without increasing an capacitor area while preventing an increase in an OFF capacitance using the capacitor. Thus, an ON/OFF capacitance ratio of the capacitive micro-electro-mechanical switch can be increased and insertion loss and isolation characteristic could be improved.

A physiological signal detection module including a measuring electrode implemented by a dry electrode having good conductivity to detect various physiological signals is detachably disposed inside the clothing closely adhered to user's skin. The various physiological signals detected by the measuring electrodes are wirelessly transmitted to an external device, thereby conveniently monitoring the physiological signal of the user in real time.

The microfluidic device is manufactured by binding a sensing substrate including a sensing electrode, an electrode interconnect, and a electrode pad, with a channel substrate including at least two fluid inlet ports, a chamber, and a channel, wherein a first fluid injected via one of the fluid inlet ports flows by natural capillary force, and a second fluid injected via another fluid inlet port is forced to flow by an external pump. The microfluidic device controls fluid flow and flow stoppage by a combination of natural capillary flow and an externally applied pressure as a result of the action of a pump.

The micro fluidic device includes: a flow channel for flowing fluid, the flow channel being formed between a top substrate and a bottom substrate or between a top substrate, a bottom substrate, and a middle substrate; a flow blocking surface for stopping a flow of the fluid in the flow channel temporarily; and a hump for delaying the flow formed in the line of continuity with the flow blocking surface. The micro fluidic device of the present research can control the flow time in a simple manner.
