    • A novel back stop gauge for determining accurate and safe positioning of work piece material in a machine tool, such as a press brake, wherein a linear stop has an axially stiff, but transversely flexible coil spring intermediate end portions, one end portion being engaged by work piece material and the opposite end portion being anchored to a cooperating support. Misplacement of work material either over or beneath the stop, while normally destructive of the work piece upon closure of the press brake, does not result in damage to the machine tool or the press because of the flexible nature of the back stop, which permits movement of the stop out of the path of the machine tool.

    • A plastic contoured seat back includes an inner and an outer shell affixed together. The inner shell includes a three dimensionally curved front surface and a two dimensionally curved back surface. The inner shell may include an internal rib adjacent the top of the shell that is shaped differently from the top edge of the inner shell. The internal rib is adapted to allow the inner shell to be cut adjacent the internal rib so that the inner shell can be varied in shape. The shell may also include indentations on the back side of the shell adjacent the corners of the inner shell. The indentations are dimensioned to receive overlapping fabric that is pulled around the corners such that the fabric on the back of the shell adjacent the corners does not project outwardly more than the fabric elsewhere, despite the over lapping of the fabric at the corners. The inner shell may also include a plurality of uniquely identified holes adapted to allow a variety of different ornamentation to be attached to the inner shell.

    • A valve for cryogenic fluids that divides incoming fluid into separate outlets. The valve prevents the inadvertent leakage or reverse flow of fluid through the valve using a swing-type check valve, and may also remove undesirable debris from the fluid. The valve comprises a valve housing and at least one valve actuator. The housing includes an inlet and at least one outlet, and has an inlet chamber and at least one outlet chamber that are adapted to receive fluid from the inlet and deliver the fluid to the outlet. The inlet chamber and the outlet chamber are fluidly coupled by a valve aperture that is defined by a valve seat. The valve actuator cooperates with the valve seat to seal the inlet chamber from the outlet chamber. In one embodiment, the valve includes a check valve that is pivotally mounted in the valve housing to prevent fluid flow from the valve housing through the inlet. In another embodiment, the valve includes a pair of outlets, a pair of outlet chambers and a pair of valve actuators. In a further embodiment, the valve includes a filter that is disposed in the housing between the inlet and the outlets to remove debris from the fluid.

    • A rotary bending tool holder, particularly useful in a press brake type press, which embodies a two piece holder, namely a main body and clamp; usually attached to the moveable ram of the press brake. A rotary bending tool used with the holder is provided with elongated rectangular keyway slots along opposite sides which are aligned to received opposing tabs or keys engageable with such slots. One key is formed on the clamp of the holder while the other key is formed on the main body of the holder. Once positioned in the holder, the clamp is tightened to engage its associated key in one of the slots of the bending tool. This action causes the other key on the holder body to engage the other slot of the bending tool. At the same time opposing surfaces on the holder body and bending tool, located at the same distance from the center line of the tool holder engage to precisely align the center of the rotary head on the center line of the holder and press head.
