摘要： A device for measuring the mass of a flowing medium, or flow rate meters, having a measuring element accommodated in a measurement support; upstream of the measuring element, a grid with flow openings is provided. To attain a substantially rotational symmetrical velocity distribution even in the case of a severely impeded oncoming flow, the grid has flow openings, which at least regionally have a different flow cross section. The flow cross sections of the flow openings are adapted to the oncoming flow, in order to bring about a flow with substantially even velocity distribution downstream of the grid. The device is intended for measuring the mass of a flowing medium, in particular for measuring the mass of aspirated air in internal combustion engines.

摘要： In a method for correcting an output signal of an air mass meter, an air mass aspirated by an internal combustion engine is detected, so that first a characteristic of the air mass meter representing a relationship between an output voltage of the air mass meter and a flow air mass is determined, the characteristic in a region which the air mass can flow back is corrected by changing the characteristic in a return flow region relative to the measured characteristic, the change of the characteristic is performed so that the relationship between the output voltage of the air mass meter and the measured air mass is adjusted to minimize error measurements, and the computations of the aspirated air mass is therefore performed with the aid of the corrected characteristic.

The thermal decoupling element is equipped to reduce heat transfer from the flow pipe to the ultrasonic transducer.

摘要： To determine air mass flows, especially for controlling internal combustion engines, a hot-film air-mass sensor is provided, which may be used especially for sensing air mass flows in the intake tract of an internal combustion engine. The hot-film air-mass sensor has a sensor chip having a sensor frame and a sensor diaphragm having at least one heating element and at least two temperature sensors. Furthermore, the hot-film air-mass sensor has a chip carrier for mounting the sensor chip, as well as at least one additional heating element. The sensor chip is able to be heated up using the at least one additional heating element, which is inserted into the chip carrier. Compared to the usual devices, the hot-film air-mass sensor has a lower susceptibility to contamination, especially by oil films.

摘要： A device is provided for determining at least one parameter of a medium flowing in a line in a main flow direction, e.g., a parameter of the intake air mass of an internal combustion engine. The device includes a part, which is inserted into the line at a predetermined alignment with respect to the main flow direction in such a way that a partial flow of the medium flowing in the line in the main flow direction flows through at least one measuring channel provided in the part in a first direction from an intake of the measuring channel to an outlet of the measuring channel. The device further includes a measuring element situated in the measuring channel for determining the at least one parameter. Between its intake and its outlet, the measuring channel features at least one channel segment in which a mechanism is located that causes flow vortices in this channel segment, whereby liquid droplets and solid particles are advantageously deposited on the inner wall of the channel before they can reach the measuring element.
