摘要： Described is a recloseable pack having a cold-sealed layer of adhesive which is recloseable after the pack has been opened, the layer of adhesive comprising an emulsion polymer composed to an extent of at least 60% by weight of principal monomers selected from the group consisting of C1 to C20 alkyl (meth)acrylates, vinyl esters of carboxylic acids comprising up to 20 C atoms, vinylaromatics having up to 20 C atoms, ethylenically unsaturated nitriles, vinyl halides, vinyl ethers of alcohols comprising 1 to 10 C atoms, aliphatic hydrocarbons having 2 to 8 C atoms and one or two double bonds, and mixtures of these monomers, the emulsion polymer being preparable by emulsion polymerization of free-radically polymerizable monomers in the presence of at least one protective colloid. Also described are aqueous polymer dispersions suitable for producing the pack of the invention, and polymer films coated with the polymer dispersions.

摘要： The use of polyelectrolyte complexes is described, for providing an oxygen barrier to packaging materials made of polymer foils. Polymeric components of the polyelectrolyte complex are applied in polymerized form to the polymer foil. The polymer foil is either coated with an aqueous dispersion comprising a dispersed polyelectrolyte complex previously produced by water-in-water emulsion polymerization, or is coated with a composition comprising a polyelectrolyte complex produced from anionic polymer and from cationic surfactant, or the polymer foil is coated with at least three alternating layers, where respectively one of two adjacent layers comprises an anionic polyelectrolyte component and the other of two adjacent layers comprises a cationic polyelectrolyte component, and polyelectrolyte complexes form at the opposite, adjacent interfaces of the alternating layers.

摘要： Immobilized lipase is prepared by forming a mixture of hydrophilized polyolefin fibers, crude porcine pancreas lipase, one or more water soluble dihydric to hexahydric aliphatic alcohols of 2 to 6 carbons and an aqueous buffer solution of pH 5-9 at a temperature of 0.degree. to 40.degree. C., allowing the mixture to stand for 1 minute to 3 days, filtering the mixture and washing the resultant filter cake. The dihydric to hexahydric alcohol may be combined with one or more water soluble monohydric alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The immobilized lipase is used for resolving racemates of esters of racemic alcohols in an aqueous medium.
