摘要： The present invention is based on the discovery and cloning of two variants of the small conductance calcium activated potassium channel type 3 (hKCa3/KCNN3) gene. The isoform variants are identical to the structure of the SKCa3-1a transcript with regard to exons 2–8, but differ in that one variant, SKCa3-1b, contains exon 1b in place of exon 1a and in that the other variant, SKCa3-1c, contains exon 1c in place of exon 1a. When expressed simultaneously with SKCa3-1a, the variants will independently dominantly negatively suppress SKCa3-1a and other functional members of the SKCa channel family. Accordingly, the present invention provides the novel gene variants, methods for the detection of the variants and treatment of disorders related to the activity of these variants. Kits employing the methods of the invention are also described.

摘要： When a bump electrode is formed on an opening formed in a semiconductor substrate, the invention prevents a void that is caused by gas trapped in the opening. A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device of the invention includes forming a first wiring on a main surface of a semiconductor substrate, forming an opening in the semiconductor substrate from the back surface to the main surface so as to expose the back surface of the first wiring, forming a second wiring connected to the back surface of the first wiring and extending from inside the opening onto the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, forming a solder layer connected to part of the second wiring on the bottom of the opening and extending from inside the opening onto the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, and forming a bump electrode on the opening by reflowing the solder layer.

A knuckle support part of a rear suspension arm is formed of a plate member extended to the vehicle body inner side relative to a rim of a wheel element so as to cover the lower side of a boot covering a connected part between a drive shaft and a universal joint. The knuckle is supported by the rear suspension arm, and rotatably supports a wheel of the vehicle. A cushion is provided for absorbing shocks transmitted to the wheel, the lower end of the cushion being coaxially supported on the knuckle support part of a lower part of the rear suspension arm.

摘要： A rocking foot exerciser enables exercising of the legs by allowing the ankles to be tilted evenly in multiple directions without rotating the body. A rocking plate, which tilts accompanying rotation of a rotating disk 2; is installed on an inclined surface of the rotating disk 2; installing the horizontal surface of said rotating centering member consisting of the combination of a ring-shaped rails and grooved pulleys provided on an upper surface of a hollow stand case is disposed on a surface of the rotating disk.
