摘要： A joining equipment in which a neural network is employed for controlling a joining process. A dynamic analog model is used for neuron elements configuring the network. The equipment includes a detector, a controller, and a neural network. The detector detects a joining state of a joining portion when work pieces are joined with each other. The controller controls the output of the joining equipment. In response to output signals from the detector, the neural network transmits signals to the controller. Such a structure allows the joining equipment to flexibly respond to complicated changes in joining states. Besides, using similarity with a thermal conduction equation enables to minimize the number of input items fed into the neural network. Furthermore, using an approximate solution to the thermal conduction equation realizes to accelerate the time for numerical calculation without loss of accuracy.

摘要： A disposable pressure transducer for measuring fluid pressure, which includes a sensor assembly in a housing. The housing includes a fluid chamber and a sensor-accommodating chamber which are formed integrally with each other. The sensor assembly comprises: a sensor chip for converting pressure into an electrical signal; an insulating board on which the sensor chip is mounted and which is provided with an integrated-circuit for processisng an output signal of the sensor chip so that an external measuring device can read the signal; a cylindrical coupling lid which is bonded to the board in such a manner as to surround the sensor chip and which is fitted into a communication through-hole which provides communication between the fluid chamber and the sensor-accommodating chamber of the housing; a pressure-transmitting medium charged into the interior of the coupling lid so as to provide electrical insulation between the fluid chamber and the sensor chip; and an electrical cable connected to the board and electrically connected to the external measuring device.

摘要： The invention provides an electrothermal hot-melt type thermal transfer ink ribbon having a multi-layered structure used in thermal printers having a multi-stylus electrode head. Different from conventional ink ribbons of such a type composed of an electroconductive base film as a resistive layer, a vapor-deposited aluminum layer to serve as an electric pass to a return electrode and a layer of a hot-melt ink, the inventive ink ribbon has an additional layer as a heat barrier between the aluminum layer and the hot-melt ink layer so that the heat generated in the resistive base film and reaching the ink layer is radially diffused to produce a remarkable temperature gradient within the dot decreasing from the center to the periphery thus to provide a possibility of gradation control of the optical density of the printed dots by means of the voltage adjustment.

In particular, the compounds disclosed selectively inhibit one or two of the Akt isoforms, preferably Akt1.
