摘要： One object of the present invention is to provide a burner which can uniformly heat a wide area without decreasing the heat radiation even when the swing width of the flame self-oscillating is large, and the present invention provides a burner in which a main combustion fluid and a second combustion fluid are combusted by ejecting the main combustion fluid while self-oscillating from a central expanding ejection port (3) which expands towards a tip end and ejecting the second combustion fluid from a pair of side ejection ports (5 and 7) provided on both sides of the central expanding ejection port (3), wherein a pair of the side ejection ports (5 and 7) are disposed symmetrically with respect to a central axis of the central expanding ejection port (3), and the central expanding ejection port (3) and the side ejection ports (5 and 7) are provided such that an expanding angle α of the central expanding ejection port (3) and an angle β formed by the central axes of a pair of the side ejection ports (5 and 7) satisfy a relationship of −5°≤β≤α+15°.

摘要： Provided is a packed column capable of achieving sufficiently high distillation performance even with the height of its gas-liquid contactors reduced. The packed column is a packed column which includes a gas-liquid contactor 17, 18 inside a tubular body 16 and a liquid distributor 19 in the upper most portion and causes descending liquid and ascending gas to contact each other in the gas-liquid contactor. The operation pressure is in the range of 200 to 1500 kPaG. The relative volatility is in the range of 1.9 to 3.1. The gas-liquid contactor is vertically divided into at least two parts. A gas disperser 20 is provided at at least one position between a lower one of the gas-liquid contactors and an upper one of the gas-liquid contactors, the gas disperser uniformly dispersing the composition of the ascending gas rising from the lower gas-liquid contactor toward the upper gas-liquid contactor.

摘要： A method of reducing carbon and/or hydrogen atom content ratio relative to contents of silicon atoms and nitrogen atoms in a silicon nitride film formed by a plasma CVD method using an organic silane as a material, and improving film quality such as electrical properties. A silicon nitride film is formed with the organic silane and at least one additive gas selected from a group consisting of hydrogen and ammonia by a plasma CVD method. The silicon nitride film has a carbon atom content ratio of less than 0.8 assuming that a sum of a silicon atom content and a nitrogen atom content in the silicon nitride film is 1. The silicon nitride film has improved properties such as reduced leakage current.

By performing a chemical exchange between a water acquired by adding hydrogen to an oxygen having a crudely enriched oxygen isotope produced by a first distillation device, and a nitric oxide discharged from a second distillation device, a nitric oxide having an enriched concentration of the oxygen isotope and a water having a reduced concentration of the oxygen isotope are obtained, and the nitric oxide is supplied to the second distillation device, while an oxygen obtained by electrolysis of the water having a reduced concentration of the oxygen isotope is returned to the first distillation device.
