摘要： A process to obtain printed matter having embossed highlighted parts which consists of first entering data of an image onto a computer. The image is printed on a moldable laminate sheet, and a mold is produced from the selected data. The laminate sheet is molded until the selected data of the image provides an embossment on the sheet. The printed matter obtained by means of the process of the present invention provides a sheet having images that are molded off-set with respect to the plane of the laminated sheet.

The upper layer has a plurality of pyramidal solid projections distributed at the top surface thereof, each forming more than two perspective sloping sides, a number of cutting lines defining the perspective sloping sides, and one cutting point disposed at the top thereof; whereby, figures disposed at the lower layer are refracted to give out vivid and floating appearance when the decorative plate is turned or adjusted in an angle. Moreover, the perspective sloping sides can refract different shapes of the figures while the cutting lines and the cutting point thereof can further divide and change the figures into different displays in a kaleidoscopic manner, effecting the variety and beauty of the decorative plate with three-dimensional figures.

Pin feed aperture formed in the longitudinally extending marginal portions of the web cooperate with a tractor feed mechanism of a sleeve forming apparatus to intermittently advance the web through the apparatus. An electrical conductor or groups of conductors manually fed into the apparatus engage the web and form an associated blank into a loop surrounding the conductor or group of conductors. Ultrasonic sealing and severing jaws simultaneously join opposite end portions of the sleeve blank together in assembly to form a tubular sleeve surrounding an associated portion of the individual conductor or a group of conductors and simultaneously sever the formed sleeve from the web. Identification information may be preprinted on the sleeve blanks which comprise the continuous form assembly where the sleeves are to be employed as identification markers for the conductors.

摘要： A method of applying a finishing sheet to a substrate, such as a body part of a scooter or motorcycle which includes the steps of printing a graphic design on that side of a transparent finishing sheet which is to face towards the substrate on which it is applied and applying a film adhesive to the side of the sheet on which the graphic design is printed. The method also includes applying the finishing sheet to the substrate by thermo-vacuum forming; during this forming, the sheet is heated to soften the sheet, to melt the adhesive and to rewet the ink used to print the graphic. The thermoformed finishing sheet is trimmed along the perimeter of the substrate.

摘要： An apparatus and method for reacting on articles of manufacture with radiation such as generated by an electron gun, laser or other means directed against a substrate wherein controlled movement of the substrate and/or the radiation is effected under the control of a computer. Controlled operation of the radiation and its movement against the substrate or the movement of the substrate during processing is effected by operating an automatic computer or master controller. An automatic article manipulator is also controlled in its operation to move the substrate prior to and after operation thereon with such radiation. A single computer or master controller may be employed to control the operation of the manipulator for removing the substrate from the vicinity of the radiation and replacing it with a new article to be operated on during the next cycle of operation of the radiation generating means.
